X-Bar — Restaurant in Siem Reap

Went there yesterday with my husband and other people we met in Siem Reap. We came from another venue where we were treated really well by everyone and headed to x bar after. We were all having fun together and everything was fine. At the end of the night I got away from my husband for less than 5 minutes and next thing I saw was him being brutally beaten by at least 4 people part of the staff. I intervened and got beaten too. It only stopped because I wouldn’t leave and the other customers made them stop because there was a girl in the middle getting hit too. My husband had really bad injuries on his head, back, stomach, arms and legs. The manager kicked us out and when I tried to contact them on facebook next day I was first ignored and then confronted with made up accusations and nothing to explain why this brutality happened to us - not that there is any explanation for such a coward act, but still we were waiting at least for apologies and actions taken towards the staff members involved. None of us know what happened and why they did it, it was out of nothing, but still if they had a reason there’s nothing that justifies 4 people brutally attacking one person. There’s nothing to explain such a coward and unlawful attitude, and the worst part is that the manager/owner whatever supports and apparently encourages violence against...

A pretty nice bar ,easy to meet peoples , you have enough space if want to dance, and music was cool too. Drink was okay , not that expensive.

But one things I don't like is , one of the staff at the bar said I wear a sexy dress , and he wanted to give me a t-shirt to wear instead and he said I'm a woman ,I shouldn't wear a dress like that . I don't think it nice to talk like this to a woman, or whatever I wear is none of his business. it just a bar not a temple or pagoda, I can wear abit sexy dress I think it normal, my friends told me that dress look good on me ,not that much sexy . Anyway if your girl like to wear abit sexy dress ,just make her look beautiful , please don't bring her to x bar, otherwise she will get complain from the bar staff like me .
