Little Sprout Café — Restaurant in Abbotsford

This is a very nice little cafe, hence the name 'Little Sprout', along with use of the ingredients they grow themselves.

The establishment looks very clean and modern, and it was not busy when I arrived. The menus came on clip boards, and you are required to order at the counter.

I ordered their Dark Roast Coffee and the Prosciutto Tomato Eggs Benedict. The coffee was decent and was served creamer in a bell pitcher shot. The benedict was magnificent. The prosciutto was very tasty, the cheddar English muffin was fresh, and the poached eggs were hard when it was served. This meal came with hashbrowns that were moist, yet savoury, like they were bathed in broth.

Overall, Little Sprout is a very underrated place among cafes and deserves much recognition for its unique menu choices and fervent workers there. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be...

My daughter and I, along with my 6 month grandson, visited Little Sprout for lunch today. The food was truly delicious. I had the Southern Chicken Sandwich and my daughter had the Mediterranean Chicken Burger and both were wonderful. We finished it off with a pot of tea each and a slice of yummy banana bread for my daughter as well as a huge raisin and date muffin for myself. The service was amazing, even the chef came out to chat. The cafe isn’t huge but it is well worth visiting for a light snack, breakfast or lunch. Many vegetarian options as well as gluten free bread. It was spotlessly clean and even had a baby changing table in the washroom. Will I visit again, absolutely...

The food was really good. I had the Eggs Bennie Bowl for lunch which was good, but small. It could have used some meat - sausage or bacon maybe. Prices not too bad. The person I went with had the French Toast, which was also good, but she said it needed more compote and syrup to go with the amount of bread.

There was no signage that I saw that directed you to the counter to make your order or to seat yourself, which was a bit confusing for a first timer. Food and water was brought to the table after ordering and paying at the counter by a friendly lady.
