Pizza Craft — Restaurant in Abbotsford

I’ve been a regular customer at Pizza Craft and have ordered their Samosa Poutine many times before — around 10 times — and it was always good. But this time I had a very disappointing and disgusting experience.

I ordered two Samosa Poutines for pickup. After paying and bringing the food home, I opened the bag and immediately noticed a terrible, spoiled smell coming from the food. The taste was awful — I took one bite and had to spit it out. My friend, who also tried it, had the same reaction. It smelled and tasted like the cheese or samosas were old or gone bad.

I called the restaurant right away to report it. The girl on the phone said she would talk to her manager and call me back in 5 minutes. She called me a couple of times, and I told her I was happy to return the food so they could check it themselves — it was completely untouched except for one bite.

When I brought the food back (driving 15–20 minutes in heavy rain after a long workday), their staff were rude and defensive. The manager spoke aggressively and said there was “no smell” and refused to give a refund. It honestly felt like they had already planned to deny any issue.

The girl at the counter lied, saying there was no smell, even though it was clearly spoiled. The manager said if the girl didn’t smell anything, then there would be no refund. I wasted my time, gas, and money, and got treated very poorly for trying to return bad food.

I’ve never had such unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be returning here again.

He immediately called the restaurant to let them know and even offered to bring the food back. He actually drove all the way back in heavy rain to return it, but the staff were very rude and kept arguing instead of helping. The manager refused to give a refund and tried to deny that there was any smell, even though it was clearly bad.

If possible for me i will give them zero star.We ordered panner pizza and they put lemon on it.The guy who come to deliver took 2-3 Dollars more doesn't matter for us.When he come to deliver he say we didnt not deliver 13 Dollar pizza.I told then who told you to take order.Your girl take the order and addres from me then she say yes only 4 Kms.Fully garbage.The girl on the phone took the address and told me full amount.When the guy deliver he changes the amount and u call that girl she say oh no half km more funny. Never visit this Place again.The guy who come to deliver telling me tax bla bla.Dont go with 13 Dollars pizza. We Will Never order and pizza from...
