Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Abbotsford

I want to take a moment to recognize Suman at Quesada for her incredible service. We came in close to closing time (about half an hour before), and I honestly expected a rushed experience since we also had a very large order. But instead, Suman treated us with absolute professionalism, patience, and care.

She took the time to ask every question, listened carefully to all the details, and made sure every item was prepared perfectly. Even though it was late and the order was big, she never once seemed annoyed or in a rush. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and effort went above and beyond what you normally expect so close to closing time.

There was also another team member helping (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name), and together they worked hard to make sure everything was done right.

It’s rare to see that level of dedication and pride in customer service these days. Suman is exactly the type of employee who deserves recognition and who makes customers want to keep coming back. Quesada is lucky...

The restaurant overall is still very new, and clean. Lots of seating selection, seating near 30 people inside. Has booths and chairs.

Ordered a large flame-grilled chicken burrito on whole wheat. Was a little disappointed that there was a surplus charge for adding vegetables to the meal. It's understandable that the guacamole has one, but confused me that veggies would. When adding the other toppings, the lettuce, corn, tomatoes (etc..)were free...

The first thing I noticed was the shell was thicker when biting into it. The grilling action before paying actually had an effect instead of just warming the inside contents. This was a pleasant surprise. The overall taste was good as well.

I'd probably come back if I was going with friends and wanted to take them to a more fancy taco/burrito place. Prices...

My coworker and I tried for the first time today. We normally go to mucho or we like to try other new places but wanted to try this place out today. We both had the 3 taco beef. I wanted to mix my meet so that I had 2 beef and 1 pork but price was different for each meat so I stayed with beef. Not even sure what was priced more but I didn’t want to complicate things. We don’t think we would come back. Hard Taco shells were not nearly as good as mucho, and they skimped on filling so it was way too much taco shell compared to filling which made it dry. I felt they were cheap on filling. Not worth the price. Service was good and place was clean though. Maybe other items...
