I don’t like to post bad reviews but enough is enough. It’s not first time I have problem with my order. I ignored everytime but today they charged me for food instead of giving me refund. What happen, I went to walmart tim hortons to get plain croissant with hash browns she charged me without letting me know that hash brown gonna take 10 min. I told her that I can’t wait that long. Then i asked her to give me something else( jalapeño begal). She told me she will give me refund for croissant ($6.49) but instead Of giving me refund she charge me extra $3.14 for begal. When i went back she said may be refund not showing on my account. If refund is nor showing then, why payment for croissant and begal is on my account. After that I told her to give me refund for both payment and then she can charge me for only begal but again instead of giving me refund she again charged me $9.64. Ordered 2 B.E.L.T sandwiches minus the bacon, we got our sandwich, and it had bacon on it. We went back to the same cashier and explained we asked for no bacon. He takes the order back and gives us a sub bun with mayo and lettuce. My husband was very upset and went back to speak with him, and the staff started to speak in punjabi to each other, and my husband doesn't speak punjabi. So, I stepped in and explained I understood what they were saying in punjabi, and they were saying my husband was completely wrong. The staff was so unprofessional and not suited to be working the front order counter. It turned out to be a horrible situation. He also started to agree about that we didn't order the BELT sandwich. I was just reading their menu, and then the lady that was in front of me said, "Oh, forget it!" and walked out. The whole time I was there, they had not 1, not 2, but THREE employees talking with their backs turned to the customer counter!!!! Considering the lady infront of me already seemed to be waiting awhile, I also decided to leave! It seems that the service at Tim's locations in the last 2 years, have been beyond horrible!
