This location has the most rudest staff members. I work here in the auto mall so it’s not a one time off. They rush you in the drive through, don’t even give you a sec to put your wallet away before grabbing your order. The brown girls that make the food are purposely wreaking your food and putting rotting veggies in sandwich’s. This has happened about 3 times now. I order a sandwich and ask for extra ranch as there is never any sauce on my sandwich. Once I receive my sandwich, i notice there is barley any sauce on my sandwich,so I ask them to put more sauce on. So instead of being a decent human being and adding a normal amount of sauce on my sandwich. The girls huddle around each other (3of them) looking back at me a bunch of times, as I sit in the drive through. I thank them and go back to work, only to find that they dumped half a bottle of ranch on my sandwich. This happened today and wasn’t the first time. Like seriously if you dont know how to be an adult and do your job then maybe you shouldn’t be employed. I’m so done with the service at this location. I rather drive 15 mins to another location then deal with these unprofessional and immature little girls. They should be fired. Also always putting rotting lettuce on sandwiches. It’s disgusting. Tim Horton, you should be ashamed to call these your employees. Worst customer service I have experienced at a...
Read moreThe quality of training for the staff is insufficient and not up to standard. There are always line ups and the main reason why this happens is because the person taking the order (not sufficiently trained) also goes and gets the order.
Where as McDonald has one person only taking orders and one person getting orders. This makes things move a lot quicker.
There is absolutely no sense of urgency and there is no problem with the amount of staff being scheduled as most of the time there are between 10-15 people during peak hours. Every second time I go there, the person taking my order has to ask someone where to find "the button" to put my food order in which again has a knock on effect resulting in a line up.
Furthermore, each staff member is complacent in their work and don't see the restaurant through the customers eyes.
If the person running the restaurant only knew the amount of food cost and remaking of food that occurs here, they would jump out of their seat. It would easily amount to hundreds of dollars a week which is astronomical and completely preventable by listening to the customers and inputing the correct orders.
My recommendation is for the person running the restaurant to sit in a chair and watch order takers and overall flow of business for one full day and look for an area of...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. Good luck ordering K-cup coffee pods. No product knowledge whatsoever. Stopped going to the Automall location as everytime we ordered coffee from there, it would taste completely different (either too much cream/sugar, or not enough). A double-double should taste like a double-double no matter who makes it. Decided to give them a try again (to our dismay) and order a box of K-cups, hoping they couldn’t mess this one up since they wouldn’t have to make it, and they had no idea whatsoever what this product was. Funny because we have occasionally ordered it from this location for years. Usually they can figure it out after a few minute game of charades, if we’re lucky. Every time we go there, we are rushed out the line-up. Seems like it’s too much work to collect any payments that aren’t tap. The first thing they ask is “tap?”, insteading of saying hello. We have lived around the corner for 10 years and were daily customers as it was convenient. Now we drive further down the road to go to the Bluejay Co-op gas station location instead. Definitely worth the extra time. Avoid...
