Cashier not very Grace-ful. Tell her you're vegan and just want sauce & cheese replaced like five times and and she'll keep ignoring and talking over you, listing all the meats you could select in a "if only you could make a dam selection already" kind of way. After explaining to another employee who came to alleviate the confusion, you'd then really expect your wrap to be done right, but after taking a few bites it's still just the standard non-vegan wrap with no changes, and all my confusing words must have just been crazy rambles to the unprofessional cashier who had either only been taught to zealously search for protein selections or was just having a bad day

I received a loosely-packed replacement wrap and a 2$ off coupon for next time, which is something, but approx 15% off my next wrap is an incredibly Jewish offer to cover for the horrible communication at the checkstand, the extra wait time, and fact I ate some of something I'm ideologically sensitive to and have avoided for a very long time

IMO, a "we're sorry for the confusion" + a refund would have been more applicable for this situation. You couldn't be more inclined to rid yourself of a regular without one

My wrap was also incredibly saucy and at the end of the meal I felt like I took a long walk just to give 14 bucks to some jerks and have something sit in my stomach that didn't feel right at all

Y'all should also fix the fact 9 out of 10 employees will always charge you for replacements for things...

Used to love this place, good food and friendly. But recently it is so rushed, the last couple of times I went in it was really busy and I got the wrong order. This time we ordered online to beat the queue but when I got there at the allotted pick up time they hadn't even started our salads. They obviously rushed them because when i got back to work we had the wrong order....I am a vegetarian so I couldn't eat the order that they had given me....not so bad things happen right! Wrong!! the attitude of the manager when we called to say that they had given us the wrong order, in the end even after saying that one of us was vegetarian and could not eat what we had they still said that all they could do was give us one free salad NEXT time we come in, and the free one doesn't usually come with protein but I guess I can put it on for you....WOW.. I paid for a full salad with protein I'm not asking for a freebee just what I ordered. Not going back will stick...

Used to be one of my favorite places to eat but last two times i have been disgusted with the service. Became really ill after one meal and the meal itself they barely put any chicken on our quesadillas (which is what we usually get so I know how much should be on there). Decided we would go again as may have just been a bad day and then last night our order was completely messed up. My daughter got chicken instead of the tuna she ordered. My husband just got a wrap full of lettuce and dressing (no tuna or any of the other toppings he asked for). My sandwich had two tiny pieces of chicken on the entire sandwich and just a disgusting amount of pesto slopped on there. I doubt we will ever go back which makes me sad as it’s one of the few places to get a semi...
