I was in this location today, March 23, 2023 at approx 12:45pm.
I will also state that I frequent this location at least 1 a week if not more!
When I walked in there was one lady in front of me. She proceeded to order from 1 out of 2 employees, while I waited. I was then called upon by the second employee. As my sub was being made I witnessed the other employee drop a knife on the floor that is used to cut the sandwich’s. She then picked it up, took it over to the sink RINSED it off with water (NO SOAP) and then proceeded to cut the customers sub. I stood their in shock for a second, thinking that the customer would say something. When she didn’t I said “Excuse me, but I just watched you drop that knife on the floor run it under water WITH NO SOAP and now you’re using it to touch her food?!” With a look of annoyance she walked to the bread to grab another sub bun. Feeling terrible that this lady now had to wait for her sandwich, I told the employee who was helping me, that I wanted to pay for her sub. With a snarky attitude she said “Why?” This is NOT ok!! Read moreThis Subway used to be the best I had ever been to. That was about a year ago. Now, it is a place I will never step foot into. The ladies who are working their will sit and have a conversation for 5 minutes rather than serving you. I asked for a pizza sub. After the meat was placed I asked for double meat and they told me that they already put on double meat. So I was charged extra for nothing. The hygiene is awful. They attempted to cut my sub with about a 1/4” layer of pre-existing sauces on their knife. When I stopped them to ask them to wipe it, I was clearly being high maintenance to them. While waiting to pay I saw them drop the toaster mat on the floor, just to pick it right back up and toast a sub for an online order. They have no care at all.

Read moreI recently ordered a veggie sub from this Subway location via Uber Eats, and I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the meal. The bread arrived cold and noticeably dry, as though it had been left out for an extended period of time. Unfortunately, the condition of the vegetables did not improve the experience — the lettuce was wilted and unappetizing, the tomatoes were overly soft, and the cucumbers lacked any crispness or freshness.
In addition, the sub was inconsistently dressed; there was barely any sauce, leaving large portions of the sandwich unpleasantly dry and lacking in flavor. As someone who values consistency and care in food preparation, I found the overall lack of attention to detail quite frustrating. Given the simplicity of the order, this should have been a straightforward, fresh, and satisfying meal. Sadly, it was none of those things.
