There is usually very little to say about a pizza place especially Dominos. However, the woman at the counter had very poor customer service skills.
I idly noted she skipped through the selection of tip or no tip, selecting percent tip (the #1 option. #2 being dollar amount, and #3 being no tip) before handing me the machine and leaving me with the options for (10%, 15%, 20%, or whatever)
Then proceeded to disagree with me while I am paying. Continuing, wasting both my time and the innocent gentleman behind me's time by arguing. She takes the machine, doesn't give me my receipt. Then does it again hitting enter all the way through and telling me it HAS to go there trying to gaslight me. Acting like I have never used the machine before nor have just seen her click through it twice.
I am confident she misunderstood me, but it isn't really appropriate to waste everyone's time trying to bluff the machine cannot do it, then hand it to me, demand I do myself, then still try to deny it when I have the '%, $, or no tip' screen right there infront of everyone and then change your position to try to tell me it is the same thing and it doesn't matter. If it doesn't matter to you, don't drag the customer into an argument as they are trying to leave.
I would suggest someone have a polite conversation with them (maybe about de-escalation rather than escalation), I don't need an apology, just please conduct...
Read moreOrdered yesterday and in 20 minutes the pizza was showing as ready to deliver. As im a professional driver i felt for the person driving on such a gloomy day and had a nice 50% tip for them. Ended up calling 30 minutes after their tracker said the pizza was ready to go out but was still sitting. Thought i had dialed the wrong number, all i got was a "hello?" The tracker updated while i was speaking on the phone with them asking why its been 30 minutes since my pizza was finished and isnt out for delivery. The employee said "its snowing and the driver just left with it. Sweet... old, cold pizza... i just drove on the roads and while it was snowing, the roads were only wet... but sure, blame weather instead of not having enough employees or being slow. Cancelled order and ordered pickup from panago.
Even though i didnt even get my order, this location has disappointed multiple times with either cold food, slow delivery or missing items that youve already paid for, they know they have run out of, but still charge you and dont tell you they dont have what you ordered until you are being handed...
Read moreI am a regular customer in Dominos mainstreet, Airdrie. I always ordered cheese bread specifically mozarella through walkin'. At that time since my schedule is hectic I ordered through phone pickup and requested my normal order cheese bread "mozarella". Now this female employer gave me just a normal cheese dry bread where I wanted the sticky part(which mozarella supposed to be sticky). I called her attention that she gave me the wrong cheese bread and instead of apologizing she talks like she hadn't done wrong (she talks like as if she's sooo perfect). Me as a customer paying 30dollars+ and was not followed as per your request nor accomodate your needs. You will really burst out. I asked this female employer's name but she refused. This 5'5" lady, black hair, punjabi like, fluffy appearance doesn't know how to establish good customer service. Because of this, I will never buy any food from this location!
