absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered a noodleful bowl as I always do. I eat at Edo pretty often but had only been to this location twice before. I always order it the exact same way. Chicken noodleful bowl with 3 scoops of teriyaki. As I got my bowl, it was more of a soup rather than a noodle bowl because there was sooooo much teriyaki sauce. I tasted it before coming to any conclusions and the sauce was way too overpowering to eat. The cashier could see there was a problem so he came over and asked me if everything was okay. As I told him that there was just way too much teriyaki and that I always take the same order, he argued with me then proceeded to go to the cook and ask him if he had made my bowl right “because I was complaining”. When I went to order I asked for Chicken and Shrimp on white rice for my wife. He asked how many scoops I wanted and I told him zero. He repeated the question sounding very confused and I told him I want no extra scoops after. After going back and forth with him a couple times about how many scoops I wanted he put zero on order. After getting everything I ordered, we found they put 2 extra scoops on my wife's meal and only 1 on my Beef Yakisoba when I ordered 2. Not to mention my noodles were still hard and my spicy salmon sushi didn't have any spicy mayo. This is a first, because usually they will just unload the bottle of spicy mayo on top of the sushi. Such a clean space! Very fast, friendly employees, they definitely take special care of their regular customers (I'm not one I was just passing through) I noticed them greet the person behind me by name and help her to her car. Really lovely to see such care. The food was delicious too. They were able to do their teriyaki meals without sauce (both soy and teriyaki) due to our corn and wheat intolerance. They had their sushi rolls half price (Sundays except Alaskan) and the staff was pleasant and fast considering they made everything to order.
