Where do I start. Why is it so hard to get even the simplest customer service these days. My wife and I visited this location today around noon, ordered 2 hot drinks, a muffin with a side peanut butter and a grilled cheese sandwich. While the drinks and food were correct and tasty it was getting the items that completely ruined my customer experience. 1st off, the drinks and muffin were place on the far side of the counter so I, the customer, had to reach across and get the items. 2nd, no peanut butter in the bag and no knife. When asked about the PB the associate who was making the drinks continued making drinks for the next customer and taped the cashier on the shoulder? I guess she was responsible for getting my PB? Once she realized she was going to need to get it herself she then walked over, got my PB and proceeded to toss in on the counter at me. I them asked for a knife, cause what was I supposed to use to spread the PB on to the muffin. So once again she needed to walk over to the station where the knives were and get me one. Upon her return she was playing with the blade part of the knife, really? I said to her no offence but could I please have a new knife, one that has not been man handled? So once again she had to walk over to the other side of the store to get me a knife. Cudos to her this time however as she did use a tissue to handle my knife. 3rd, when cutting my grilled cheese they only but it half way through therefore before I could eat it I had to tear the other half apart. Is it really so hard to ask for simple, friendly customer service with the customer in mind as at the end of the day without the customer you would not be...
Read moreI only drink americanos as apposed to coffee as I like the robust strength and flavour and most tim Hortons in the city struggles to make a good one. I just spent a few days in Cochrane and the weekend before that in drumheller and I never got served a single bad one they were all just right as they should be. This manager at this specific location was rude I explained I get one nearly every day so I'm familiar with how they are supposed to be and she said it's because I get 3 cream, obviously I always get 3 cream as that's clearly my preference so I'd be familiar with a good one. "I'm the manager I made it right" well I'm the customer and I'm not trying to be difficult only honest. I then had to purchase an espresso shot so it didn't taste like cream and hot water. I also frequent the Tim's in Mackenzie Towne and they always serve a good one as well so I don't know if the machines need cleaning the training is off or if Airdrie locations all serve a medium in a large cup to save time and money. I asked another location that does it right in Mackenzie Towne and they said there is a different button for every size however most Tim's in this city claim the medium has the same amount of shots as the large. Online sources show different caffeine amounts so the logic doesn't line up. Why can other communities consistently do it right? While this entire city is so hit or miss and honestly...
Read moreI enjoy Timmy's and go often. This Tim's is fast in the drive-thru and will correct something quickly if it's wrong. Don't usually go inside, but seems alright - prefer the old look of the restaurant though!!
Edit - August 22/25. -only ⭐️ today, just went through the DriveThru and they had to argue with me about how they made my drink. I ask for an iced capp made a specific way (I go almost daily) and when I got it today, it didn't look the same as usual - I said it looks different, but I was told it was made the way I asked. Fine, drove away, tasted it and it was made with cream not milk (yes I can tell the difference - tasted like coffee icecream!!) I drove back and reordered in the busy drivethru, gave them back the old one and got the new one and it looks just over half full! So disappointed today! Please don't argue with the customer that you made something the way they asked when it looks and tastes different to how I get it....every....single ...time!! I get that customizing drinks/food is a slower process to just making what's on the menu, but, this is how I like it and I will come back EVERYDAY to have one when it is done the way I ask. For your info, I have a lactose intolerance so cream is a big no-no.. the little bit of...
