Avi's Kitchen Catering — Restaurant in Alberta

We were Chef Avi's first wedding under his new business in May 2022. Wow, did he and his staff ever exceed our expectations! It was some of the best food that we've had at a wedding. We had to change our plans 6 months prior and our venue coordinator recommended Avi as she knew his name through a local restaurant. All communications and selections were done virtually as we do not live in Canmore but Avi alleviated any concerns and was very easy to work with from the start. We went with the Saffron buffet option (beef striploin carving station and wild mushroom ravioli with other selections) and Grassy Lake appetizer option (samosa and beef satay). Guests RAVED about the appetizers and ravioli in particular but seemed to enjoy all the offerings. There was plenty of food available, both for the appetizers and buffet. The cheesecake was also delicious, which was great as we opted to not go with a separate wedding cake. Avi and his staff were very professional and always had a smile on their faces. We had Avi’s Kitchen cater our wedding and they did not disappoint. Every single item they prepared for us was outstanding. Most weddings you go to the food is just meh, but not this one. Avi’s crushed it making the talk of the party throughout the night. The salmon was amazing and the carving station made people go back up for seconds and thirds. Not only were the main dishes delicious but also all the sides were incredible. To finish it off they made one of the best creme brulees I have ever had.

Avi’s Kitchen does not only make incredible food but truly care about making your day special by working with your budget and creating the best option for you. They will go out of their way to make sure it is night to not forget. Avi & his staff are hands down the best catering service in Canmore. We hired Avi to cater our wedding on Oct 1st and they did a phenomenal job. The food (appies, buffet dinner & late night food) was so delicious that guests went for not just seconds but thirds where possible. Most even complimented the food both the night of and also the next day. Both Avi & his staff were so professional and lovely. We really had a great time socializing with them as well. Avi's customer service is exceptional, his response time is quick and he really made sure that I knew and felt that I was in the best hands.
