McDonald's — Restaurant in Alberta

I went to Macdonalds and I ordered 2 large root beers, 2 mcdoubles and a 6 piece spicy chicken nuggets . I pulled up to the payment window and they sent me forward to wait at the next window. I waited 15 minutes and still not recieved my order as multiple people drove past me with theirs. I finally reversed back to the main window and asked where my order was and explained my frustration. They said if I could wait another couple minutes they will give me all hot and fresh. I agreed. They gave me my order and I am driving out of the driveway when my husband tells me to stop and turn around because we don't even have close to the right order. We got our root beers but in the bag was a chicken sandwich and waffle fries. We go back to get our right order and still had to wait. The manager came to the window and apologized and gave us the correct order and said everything was made hot and fresh. We opened the bag and our burgers were cold , and our chicken nuggets were ORIGINAL NOT SPICY cold and...

I've always had respect for the high standards that McDonalds holds its restaurants & staff to...no matter the location. No more. The Fort MacLeod McDonalds needs to revisit its staff & training for this location rehiring EVERYONE... even the Manager on duty was belligerent. When the self serve kiosk has not provided a receipt the last 3 visits and I wait 15 min for someone to provide (needed for expenses) and then staff tell you 'if it doesn't work properly then don't use it', washrooms filthy, food dumped into the bag.... Used the kiosk to do our order. Selected "Pay At Counter". Took our ticket to the one cash register. Waited 10 minutes and no one came. Could see the cashier in the back preparing orders. Even came up to the front "Pick Up Counter" with a customers order and still did not even look over at the cash register where we were patiently waiting. Cashier went back into the kitchen area. We moved over to the pick up counter and waited an additional 5 minutes and still no one acknowledged us. After over 15 minutes of waiting, we left....
