Food is what you'd expect. Sometimes my order is correct, sometimes it's not. Sometimes they miss straws or napkins which isn't a huge deal, I'd just advise to double check your order before leaving.
The most annoying part about THIS location is the abuse of the "please pull ahead" tactic that they needlessly employ on drive through customers.
If there is 1 car behind me in the drive through line, they tell me to pull ahead. I don't get it. It's a drive through, not a drive through and park for for 10 minutes so you can get the guy behind me who only ordered a coffee out quicker. If the customer who only got a coffee was in such a rush, they could have went inside.
Most recently I placed a small food order and was told to pull ahead, so I did. Then I watched a 2nd and 3rd customer park and wait as I was. After almost 10 minutes the McDonalds employee came outside with 3 orders!! Amazing how I placed my order first, waited for 2 other customers orders to be ready so they could bring all 3 out at once. To top it off they didn't even deliver the orders in the proper order.
During a different visit after being asked to pulled ahead I replied "I rather not pull ahead"(there wasn't anyone behind me) and some furious employee(probably management) yelled at me in broken English "Next time you pull." It's amazing how the most basic system such as a drive through can be completely abused by power-tripping...
   Read moreThis Location Has a Customer friendly knowledgeable staff as well as quite a handful of ignorant couple of staff who is very unfriendly and rude as well. 1st I wish they all were knowledgeable about the things they had in the menu. Not just once or twice,when the customer ask for something in their menu they are not quite aware of their own menu. Then they overcharge. I understand, the supervisor staff hardly interferes and sort out the issue. But at the end when we check the bill it's wrong compare to what we have got on the order. Drive through has pay attention to what they serve and what they have in their menu..... Average ppl like McDonald's, but when they do the same mistake again and again we run out of patience too....Especially the superior staff should make the junior frontline staff aware of the promotions they offer ... please brief the whole staff and make all staff members aware of what the store serve please..... Plus it would be nice if you could make the wifi in the Store stronger like many other stores do so customers can login to to store wifi while they order through drive...

The food was as expected, yummy yummy.
I didn't go back to get the drink fixed because... Soda is not why I go to get fast food. I would rather drink water anyways. It was a good opportunity to put the Pop down and enjoy the real food.
Still get a 5 star because I enjoyed the food. The bag had several extra fries in the bottom of the bag. I love finding treasure overflow when I blindly reach into the bag looking for more sugary/salty fries đ goodness.
My son's drink was the same order flavor of pop and his was perfect. I must have had the end of tank. It would be nice if I didn't win the last cup lottery, but a winner is a winner. Thanks for at least not having an upset 7 year old. My son loved his chicken nuggets and fries. He eat everything with a smile and a proud exclamation. "I ate everything...
