Terrible Service - Rude I went here excited to try burritos and support a local business. However, that was absolutely ruined when I ordered my food and the owner asked me what I wanted on my burrito in such a condescending way that it felt like he didn't care about the customer's requests. In the end, he added something that I didn't want on the burrito. In a frustrated tone, he snapped at me saying (and I quote), "This okay? You need to pay attention."

I get it, it was around dinner time and he could have been stressed and he could have taken it out me as a customer. However, I really do not feel that it is the customer's job to be a punching bag for an employee. I can understand this is a fast food/casual joint. The woman making my order was very rude, condescending, and constantly rolled her eyes. The portion size was also minuscule, and the toppings were hardly there. I was basically eating a pita with the tiniest scoop of tomatoes and corn, and the SMALLEST slather of guacamole I’ve ever seen. Even though it was a kids portion, I STILL would’ve remained hungry if I were a child ordering this kids quesadilla. I even asked for more tomatoes and she picked off one or two left over on the scooper into my quesadilla as an “added portion” which is so ridiculous. I felt rude asking for more tomatoes but… there was literally nothing on my quesadilla. The food itself was also not tasty at all. The only good thing about my meal from Quesada was the churro. The girl who was on shift on September 27 at 3pm is THE rudest employee I’ve ever met, so snarky and disrespectful. I placed an order on DD for pickup, order said it would be ready in 20 minutes, 25 minutes later I get the notification that my order is ready for pickup, I walk over on my break,takes about 3 minutes, I get there and shes on her phone, I show her my DD screen, she says “oh, yea its not ready, I don’t pay attention to the online orders.” I let her know that I’m in a rush as I’m on break and even pre ordered in advance and asked why she notified me that my order was ready, she yelled back “If we weren’t having this conversation maybe I could make you your food so you’ll leave!” Excuse me? Absolutely horrible customer service. And even left half my toppings off my order as a petty f u to me, like what is this?...
