The first time I came here the cashier gave me the wrong change. I was already in the car when I realized, so it was too late to confront the cashier about it. Make sure you check your receipt and receive the right change.

However, the second time I came here the customer service was great (I think because the manager was working that day). They were offering their NEW matcha boba milk tea with 20% off! The manager made a mistake and forgot to give me the 20%, but he was quick to fix the problem and was very friendly.

The drinks here are good, but quite expensive compared to Chatime or Coco (which is near this area). I suggest coming here if you want a speciality drink / something not on a Coco or Chatime menu However, the ambiance and aesthetic are worth visiting. I don’t mind visiting this place every...

Bubble tea is one of my favourite things and as such I have been to many bubble tea stores and I have got to say that this is place is amazing. Their brown sugar milk with cream mousse boba is like crack I tell you. One of the best bubble tea drinks I have ever had. It's creamy, refreshing, just the right amount of sweetness and the texture of the tapioca is perfect every time. That being said, their staff is pretty friendly except for this one girl she was a tad rude but hey, she could have been having a bad day. Usually an excellent place for drinks, but not today. Ordered two drinks, one full sugar and the other with half sugar.

Neither drink had any sugar at all. When I asked staff to remake the drinks, she argued that they were made properly and tried to just add it to the top of the drinks after I had asked for them to be remade.

Another girl came out to see what was happening, the first server explained, and the second just added the sugar to the top of the drink.
