Subway — Restaurant in Aurora

DO NOT USE THE APP!! Placed an order, walked in to pick it up and the guy working says "we just received it, have a seat". Order was placed 10 minutes before arriving. He and another person were working on our order. No other customers were in there when we got there. Then a person walks in to place an order, they stop working my order to work on that persons. Then the guy goes back to working my order, while the girl finishes up the other customers order. Another 2 people walk in, they serve them first. We waited there for 14 minutes, plus the 10 minutes from when we placed the order. 24 minutes for 2 salads, 1 sub and 1 wrap. Terrible. This Subway location is top-notch! The employees here are clear, understanding, and professional, and they almost always have a positive attitude, which makes a terrific difference. Their customer service is a breath of fresh air compared to other locations I’ve been to.

But the real highlight? They make the best subs I’ve had in months! Fresh ingredients, perfectly made, and exactly how I like it every time.

This place use to be ok, but lately, they hired young kids and I’m guessing without proper training on hygiene, it’s the least you can do when dealing with selling food to the public. This young boy, put on gloves to make my sub, and while it was toasting in the oven, the boy started cleaning the shelves with the same gloves he’s about to handle my sandwich with! Then, he started cleaning his nose with his arm, as if it’s ok as long as it’s not touching the gloves!! It was disgusting. I left and I will never visit this...
