My visit to Pita Pit was a true delight! As soon as I walked in, the inviting aroma of freshly baked pitas filled the air, making my mouth water in anticipation. I will start my review by saying that I’m a regular Pita Pit customer. However I was in the area for work so decided to stop here for my usual pita that I have for lunch.

The store was very clean. However, the staff left a lot to be desired. They acted as if they couldn’t be bothered to help me and were quite rude. They did not ask me for my PitaPit loyalty card and when I inquired, they said oh yeah so I pulled it up on my phone from my Apple wallet and won’t scan it in the app. No problem. I opened the app and I said to him where do I find it and his answer was, I don’t know.

When asked what I wanted on my pita, I started with avocado and he said to me then what ? I didn’t think I heard correctly so I said to him I’m sorry.? he said and then so apparently I had rhyme everything off immediately. I looked down and the pita was completely shredded on the one side, leaving it hard to eat because nothing would stay inside

Compared to the pitas I usually get in the Kingston area they seem small.

If I come back this way at for work I will definitely give another local...
