Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bancroft

Apparently this location doesn't cut GF pizzas! I ordered my pizzas went to the park with my kids sit down at a table and noticed my pizza was not cut at all. So I tried to rip it but it was hot and everything was comming off of it. This pizza also tasted awful which is sad because I normally love pizza hut GF pizza and everyother location I have been to they cut their GF pizzas. But this location left me upset and frustrated 😠 the kid at the counter was rude and stated like a broken record it's corporate policy that we are not to cut GF pizzas. How am I supposed to know your company policy? Second, maybe you should inform your customers that "hey if you order our GF pizzas we don't cut them FYI" but not this kid he was just being an ass repeating himself over and over. Just straight up bad customer service, low standards. For example an elderly first nations woman using a walker on her third attempt at opening the door was greeted by a temporary foreign worker who clearly didn't seem to care about or understand what she was saying so I stepped in and helped her inside as it was -17C as any able bodied man should. On one of many seperate occasions after 10 minutes of my presence not being acknowledged for an online prepaid order I decided this is the last time I'm going to be coming here. Low standards like this resemble places like Brampton and unfortunately it seems like even our small towns are being subjected to those very standards....

We ordered 2 medium pizzas and both were very dry with little to no sauce. The 1 pizza was a peperoni with literally only 14 peperoni on the pizza. Some slices had not a single peperoni on it. The meat lovers had only a few toppings on it as well. I was very disappointed and even almost brought it back to the store. We paid $45 for 2 medium pizzas so we were expecting there to be enough sauce and toppings. Prob not worth going back. After reading some of the other reviews I am not alone.
