ZERO STARS !!!!! THIS PIZZA PIZZA LOCATION DOESN’T KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I ORDERED 1 Crave Combo (receipt attached) One-half chicken/ pineapple The other half Bacon / green pepper extra cheese on the whole thing and stuffed crust.

ORDER WAS PLACED AT 3:42 PM. 1/12/2024 I WAS TOLD 15-20 MIN

WHEN WE WERE FINALLY GIVEN OUR PIZZA (1st time) IT WAS NOT FULLY COOKED! LUKE WARM!!! THE DOUGH WAS SOGGY! COULD STILL TASTE THE FLOUR! & THE CHEESE WAS NOT FULLY COOKED

I TOOK IT BACK IN AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THESE THINGS. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD REMAKE IT APOLOGIZED AND THANKED ME FOR BEING PATIENT. SAID THEY COULD REMAKE IT IN ABOUT 8 MINUTES

WHEN WE GOT OUR PIZZA FOR THE 2ND TIME IT WAS NOT REMADE. IT WAS MICROWAVED, AND THEY SLAPPED GARLIC BUTTER ALL OVER THE PIZZA AND MADE A COMPLETE MESS OF THE BOX INSIDE AND OUT !!

WE TOOK IT BACK AND COMPLAINED AGAIN AS WE DID NOT PAY FOR A MIROWAVED PIZZA !!!! I WAS NEVER ASKED IF I WANTED THIS GARLIC BUTTER, AND I NEVER ASKED FOR IT!!!! ALSO, MY MOTHER CAN NOT EAT FOOD THAT IS SWIMMING IN BUTTER (GREASE)!!!!

THEY SAID THEY WOULD REMAKE IT FOR THE 3RD TIME...... WAITING TO SEE THE RESULTS ITS CURRENTLY 5:40 PM 1/12/2024

3rd PIZZA- CHEESE WHITE, BARELY COOKED!!! GAVE IT BACK ASKED TO BE COOKED LONGER

ITS BEEN EXACTLY 2 HOURS!!!!!!!! THIS IS RETARDED!!!!!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PIZZA PIZZA IV HAS EVER BEEN TO AND WILL NEVER BE RETURNING!!!! AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW HEARS ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE!!!! ALL STAFF MEMBERS GAVE ATTITUDE THE ENTIRE TIME!!!!

Never ordering from here again . I used there app and then I confirm it . Normally it says my address so I didn’t think of anything until I look to see were they are and that and then I see the address and it was completely wrong and so they called anyways so this is when it was there fault comes into hand so they said that they didn’t have an curly fries left so I said okay and I will get the onion rings instead so after that when they were on the phone with me I said that I put in the wrong address and that I would like to get fixed and they are like okay so I got it fixed however they still went to the wrong address and then I call them and said that the driver went to the wrong house still and they I was on the phone with them for 5 minutes going over my address the lady on the phone was nice and they got it fixed . Then I waited for a half an hour for them to show up and then after that I the driver called me and said that they are outside and come claim the order to being said they weren’t outside of my house and so I called again and I called Costumer service and i said they are still not here and they said that they showed and and I was like okay and they said that they can get the driver to come back down the road and it toke another 10 minutes to get the food . Terrible Slow Service

Order here a couple weeks ago and the pizza was nearly an hour! past the “40 minutes or it’s free guarantee”. We’d ordered online so I had to call customer service and fight with them for over a half hour to try to get our pizza free with them. Finally after that we got the meal for free. Then to our own mistake tonight we decided to give this location another try. The order was 15 minutes late. The driver(Brahamleen Singh Ishar) who was the exact same driver we had last time our order was late tried to convince me to pay by making me feel guilty saying “if you don’t pay i have to pay for the pizza myself “ (keep in mind this driver is driving a brand new Cadillac). The driver also said on the order tracker that it was delivered in the 40 minute time frame when it was not to make himself look better or not get in trouble. When I finally got the pizza inside after refusing to pay I looked at my box and saw the “tamper proof seal” had been tampered with. Never will I order from here again....
