Honestly not expected at an Honest's outlet.

Visited yesterday,Sunday, for a family dinner group of 9.

Each one preferred their choice as special pav bhaji, dosa plain and masala, bhakri pizza, maharaja sandwich, noodles.

Our server left 4 small water bottles and enough plastic glasses on table at one place.

Throughout, the snacks meant to be meals, shared the dishes.

Almost each dish lacked finesse and taste as well lacked in preparation.

When brought to servers attention, prompt came the reply 'this is how we cook and serve each item dish.It's as per their norms.' Further reiterated all is in order.

Pointed out that masala in dosa lacked potato and was sparingly applied, like almost plain dosa. 2 dosa were not crisp. Bhaji lacked vegetables and was more of gravy and cashew nuts. The preparation and contents lacked freshness and taste. Face saving was noodles and sandwiches.

No service as all items just stacked on tables for us to organize. Possibly this might be due to just one server on Sunday as we learned from him.

Overall the food taste, contents, freshness was far below the owner's note and seriously needs both chef and responsible persons intervention.

The cost nowhere meets the deliverables.Not a value proposition.

From above experiences, hesitant to visit again.

Trust the concerned intervene for corretive actions and measures to exceed customer satisfaction such as Honest Scarborough where a revisit is planned.

We were 18 ppl going together so I called about two hours ago so that they would know that big rush is coming. He sounded excited when I said we are 18 coming! The boy who took our order was amazing, fast and kind and followed all instructions as it was big order. The food tasted amazing. No complaints in that. But they took all the time to deliver one order of pulav and explanation given was there were lot of order of pav-bhaji (0 from our table) and that’s what took long to prepare pulav. I would have neglected and avoid the whole situation if they had been nice and given us good reason! But the way the guy who charged everyone seemed to be manager or owner (man in red T-shirt) he slammed the kitchen door on me for complaining about delivery 1 order last (after all other 17 had eaten) And it’s not that we order 5 things among 18 ppl. We ordered 17 dishes. He forgot to make it acceptable but he couldn’t make it because there is alot of pav bhaji order. I can’t accept that! Thank you again for good service again except...

We ordered two paneer sabji, 3 garlic naan, 3 plain naan. Unfortunately we got a hair in one of our garlic naan. We informed our server and he called someone from the back of house to address the issue. We politely told him that there is a hair in naan. But the attitude he was talking with us was not acceptable. He said hair in food is HUMAN ERROR. Umm… we were like okay. But this was the second time we got hair in our food from the same restaurant. I don’t have pictures because he took the naan with him. But they don’t wear any beard mask. And that hair was 100% from men’s beard. Anyway we are never going back to the same restaurant. And wound suggest the same to everyone else. Because it’s really not hygienic. Even the plate we got had some curry from last meal. Really unacceptable hygiene and costumer service. There are a lot of better places we can visit instead of this...
