Absolutely do not eat at this location. I placed an order through the drive-thru, and the female staff member who took my order was completely incapable of understanding what I was saying. When I arrived at the window to clarify my order and politely asked if the sandwich had pickles, as I did not want them, she yelled in a rude tone to her staff, saying, "She doesn't want pickles!" I wasn’t rude at all I simply tried to explain my request. Her attitude was completely unprofessional.
To make matters worse, after returning home, my husband bit into a large chicken bone hidden in his chicken sandwich. I called the store to complain, and the same female employee indirectly called me a liar and refused to apologize. When I asked if I could bring the sandwiches and the bone in the following morning to resolve the issue, she told me there was nothing they could do and refused to refund my money. I made it clear I was unwilling to waste gas for a $19.98 order, and I told her I would be coming to the store to speak with the manager.
Upon arriving back at the store, the staff laughed at me when I was lodging my complaint, completely disregarding any sense of professionalism or customer service. I have video evidence documenting the entire interaction, which will be forwarded to the head office as the staff continue to accuse me of lying. The only positive aspect of this experience was the assistant manager's professional handling of the situation, though the rest of the staff’s conduct was completely unacceptable. I will be reporting all involved to head office and the owners. Read moreThe customer service I experienced last night, November 19th, 2017, blew me out of the water, and not in a good way.
To wait 40 minutes for a meal is acceptable if delivery, but to wait close to 4 hours is down right insane. We had to call back 4 times and every time the manager ensured us it would be there in less than 30 minutes and to have some patience as the roads were bad. Like I stated, this happened 4 times, the last time telling us the driver was outside our house when this was not the case and then we were hung up on.
The manager was incompetent, the drivers, while not their fault, were still quite rude. Going as far as to tell me to use "Skip The Dishes" next time I place an order. Well if you are going to offer a delivery service maybe train your drivers better or hire ones who can handle driving in less than 5cm of snow.
As somebody who works in customer service I try very hard to keep a cool head when it comes to negative situations like this but this has made me incredibly aggravated towards the company, the store itself and its manager.
It should be noted that the manager would not cancel our order no matter what we said. Now we placed the order at 8:30pm, we did not receive our sub-par chicken, cold fries and luke-warm sides until 12:15am.
I can firmly say I will not be returning to any KFC or affiliates in the future.
For future customers, save your time and money and order from elsewhere...

Ordered a 4pcs chicken combo, chicken quesadillas and an extra gravy. They asked if I still wanted the fries and I said yes. When I asked them to repeat my order they only mentioned the 4pc chicken with gravy and drink, chicken quesadillas and an extra gravy. I didn't hear any mention of fries so I ordered one on the side. When we came up the window, I paid and asked for the receipt. The combo came with the fries and the gravy. I ended up paying for an extra fries that I didn't need. When I received my order, she said something I didn't understand but she walked away just as quickly, her back towards us and doesn't seem to look like she's going to face us again soon. So we left. We got home, the food was cold, no gravy, and only one fries. The drink (iced tea), barely tasted like one, similar to a sweetened water. This is not the first time it happened and our last time coming to this place was last year. I was really hoping that something changed, somehow, even if it's a slow process, especially with that renovation fiasco a few years back. Seems like only the building got better and left the customer service and food in the dust. No hope for change in both...
