I am a regular customer at this location at least 3-4 visits per week and I was at this location at the drive thru a couple weeks ago. I placed an order for 4 different drinks at the speaker. When I pulled up to my window I was prompted to pay right away. After paying I was handed one by one the drinks I had ordered. I was still waiting for the last drink (Venti Iced Lavender Oat Matcha) for about 5 minutes when the girl said I’m sorry we are all out of the Classic Syrup to make the drink, can we make it with something else? I responded back, sure what would you suggest? Her response, I don’t know. She came back to the window a couple mins later to say we can use sugar. It didn’t sound good so I asked to have another drink made instead (grande caramel Frappuccino with a double espresso). The girl said to me she was going to refund me my money back so I got my debit card ready to accept it. She comes back to me and says that I have to pay $2 extra. I was taken back, you tell me I was getting a refund and now you want me to pay $2 extra. NO WAY!!! Another young lady wearing glasses comes up to the window (Vanessa-as I was told later) inquiring what happened. I explained everything and said I’m still awaiting a refund. Instead of apologizing for any inconvenience, I was berated in front people in my vehicle and others. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I even tried to show the girl my banking app where I was charged and still no refund. She refused to give me the refund and was combative to get me to pay $2 extra. AGAIN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I waited another 5 minutes still at the drive thru for my new drink. When I tasted it, it was a caramel Frappuccino but no double espresso. I was DOUBLE SCAMMED!!! You made me pay $2 extra and you clearly didn’t make my drink right!! All in all, what was supposed to be a 5 minute experience ended up being 30-45 minutes!! I paid, and they didn't have part of my order. I unfortunately had to cancel because it was for my kids and we specifically went for the items they were out of. She reluctantly gave me a not at all sincere apology. I said I needed my money back. She looked at me baffled. Like...I'm not about to walk away from nearly $40. She looked extremely annoyed and went to get someone else to help her do the transaction. And no goodbye or anything. I'll NEVER be returning to this location. The last time we went was when I was pregnant (4.5 yrs ago) and they were extremely rude to my husband. Figured I'd give them another chance on our way to Oakville today. The Staff - friendly, funny and genuine, they make you feel welcomed, be it at drive through or in-store.
Attention to details - while no one is perfect, and we all make mistakes, this location is dam near perfect. And even when they make a mistake, they make it up for it without excuses.
Overall Consistent Customer Experience - No one is perfect, neither am I, but you have to take into account their track record and consistency, with that in mind, the team here provides an amazing experience overall.
