Absolute horrible experience, went through drive threw today, ordered a popcorn chicken combo with gravy, and cheese gordilla crunch combo upsized to a fry supreme. After I get back to work I realized I had recieved another customers order!!!! So I called the store and spoke to a female manager (Indian lady) and spoke to her about my order. She told me to come back and they will make it right, I even asked her if she wanted me to return the meal i was given or bring the receipt. She replied with no its ok. So I het back in my car and drive back to the location, I walked into the factual store and spoke with the lady I had spoken to on the phone. I told her the order and she told me she would make it right away. I also indicated that this isn't the first time it has happened and last time the regional manager (Tabitha) reached out to me. After a few minutes my order had not been rectified and I can hear indian women in the back arguing. A woman comes around the corner and asks if I am the person waiting on the mistake order I indicated yes. She tells me my car had never gone through take out, I asked if she was a manager she said no she was an employee. This is the lady that couldn't take accountability for taking my order wrong and handed me the bag! Then the lady I talked to on the phone appears and says she has to speak to her manager on the phone, and admits she's not a manager after telling me she's a Manger and now won't take accountability for her employees. Needless to say I was told to bring my receipt and wasted $27 dollars and my lunch arguing with women who dont speak or understand English. My family eats taco bell usually once every 2 weeks. Read moreI order taco bell from Uber Eats probably once a month maybe twice occasionally. EVERY SINGLE TIME, THINGS ARE MISSING! I literally can not recall a single order that was made properly and with all the items. I have even done the "tip the store" option and still. A few months ago for about a half a year, I consistently had to leave notes asking them to fill my nacho cheese side full. I would order 1 or 2 cheeses and end up with barely a quarter of it full. It looked as though they put one quick squirt or a teaspoon in it. They finally started fixing that, but then the notes section has been taken away, so no more notes. This is really unfortunate because it baffles me that a restaurant that serves combos on the daily, seems to forget my fries every time?!?! Last time I only got half of a couple items and again today is when I just had enough. I am pretty sure a WHOLE BAG was missing for my family. We were missing every single regular fries and sides, got 1 out of 5 nacho cheese cups, no sour cream and no burrito. Was unacceptable and as much as I love their fries and quesadillias I have decided enough is enough and I am done with taco bell. Read moreNEVER AGAIN! There is countless negative experiences for a reason. First time there since renovations and let me tell you, the manager (Grupa) is a real piece of work. First she won’t let you get a word in when you are trying to order cause she is shouting and talking over you. Then I get to the pick up window and find out my order is wrong, wonder why?!! I couldn’t finish my sentence at the previous window!! The girl at the pick up window was no better, I ask for the manager thinking she may be able to just give me what I was there to order. Nope! That’s when I found out the one that wouldn’t let me speak at the first window was the manager 🤦🏻♀️ she tells me “nope, that’s what you ordered and walks away. I ask the next girl what the name of the manager is and she proceeds to tell me she cannot tell me the name of the manager, it’s against their policy…. What?!!!! Hahaha now I see why they don’t wear name tags. BUT being the genius that she was, she turns around and calls out the manager’s name LOL.
