Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Barrie

"Cheap! Cheap! Cheapy, Cheapy, Cheapy Mike".

I frequent 3 different Mucho Burritos in the Hamilton area. All of which serve fair sized Burritos. I was up visiting family and because ive always had good a good experience, i thought i would treat them. We were all hungry and they were pretty excited to try it based on my excitement.

This place is not the Mucho Burrito i know. This location serves smalls as regulars. On the first Burrito they made I questioned them "I did order a regular, right?". He confirmed "yes". I continued to order 3 of the 5 Burritos that I intended to order. After the third one was made with the same stingey consistency, I decided I was not ordering anymore. While standing there waiting for the last one to be packed up, I decided to look up their Google reviews and found that others have posted the same concerns in regards to this location. I told the employee my perspective and he told me the owner taught him the portions to give out per size. I can't imagine being cheap is good for the longevity of a business. You might save a little money short term but in the long term this method equals fail. I will never be returning here. They have also lost 4...

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I just spent over $30 at Mucho Burrito on Bayfield Street in Barrie for a taco trio and a chicken quesadilla, and I honestly wish I hadn’t. The food was absolutely disgusting.

First of all, the meat was dried out and brown, clearly sitting out way too long. The selection of fresh toppings was basically nonexistent, and everything on offer looked anything but fresh. The veggies were limp, browning, and unappetizing, and nothing was covered just sitting out, exposed to the air.

Even worse, the refrigerators looked dirty, and they don’t even serve water. We left and tried the food in the car, but my son couldn’t even get through his tacos. He said the meat was tough and tasted terrible. My quesadilla was a soggy, floppy mess after one bite, I tossed it. I’m honestly concerned someone is going to get sick eating here.

This place should be shut down by the health unit. I will never return to any Mucho Burrito again. Absolutely...

Attention to all customers Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill are closed early some days the staff told me when it’s not busy it’s not reliable for late night crowd. On Tuesday this place was closed at 1:00 am when online it’s showing 2:00 am. Google was showing 2:00 am closing time even the sign out of their store. Short lady in the glasses told that they closed early due to not being busy. The franchise should look into this and provide a reliable customer service or change the franchise owner on this branch because this isn’t reliable when you drive cross town to come and eat and turns out to be closed also doesn’t look good for the big franchise. We attended the store at 1:08 am and she told us they are closed for not being busy tonight. This is totally non sense and worst customer service.
