I had a very bad experience the other night. My family and I were traveling to a christmas event located just outside of the city. We were going to look at christmas lights as a family through one of the local provincial parks that put on a light show every year. So we decided to stop and grab four drinks and a fifty pack of timbits for our journey. After driving towards the provincial park, my wife and I noticed that our hot chocolates were made incorrectly. They were pretty much water. So we drove all the way back to this tim hortons to ask them to remake Them. But to our surprise, They told us they made them fine and that it is our fault for asking for milk in one and coffee in the other. As this is our usual drink that we get almost daily. We know how a hot chocolate should taste. They refused to remake our drinks and we were forced to go to another tim hortons farther a way to get them replaced. Luckily that tim hortons was very willing to help us in this situation. I cannot believe that they treated us this way and told us that it was our fault that The hot chocolates did not taste right. While im ordering from the speaker she also talking so much about my orders so we both can’t understand the right orders because she wont let me finished my orders before she speaks as she talks so much for no reasons then as i proceed from the drive thru window I politely told the lady/indian girl “next time pls let the customers finished talking before you speak to avoid the conflict or wrong orders” then she really got mad at me yelling at me being sarcastic and giving me a bad attitude.
