Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Barrie

We placed an order for multiple pizzas, and one of them was very clearly marked “no cheese” due to a specific dietary restriction. Someone in our group cannot eat cheese without getting sick. We added “no cheese” in the special instructions, we made sure the topping list was cleared of cheese, and trusted that it would be taken seriously.

That singular pizza arrived completely covered in cheese. No note, no explanation, nothing. Unfortunately, that meant one person didn’t get to eat. We didn’t have a backup meal, and by the time we realized, it was too late to fix it. Everyone else was eating, while one person sat there with an untouched pizza they couldn’t eat.

We’re not trying to shame anyone. We appreciate the hard work your staff puts in, and we know this likely wasn’t intentional. But it’s important that requests like this are taken seriously, so that customers with dietary restrictions can safely order.

Food was good but would like to make a comment the Bayfield location. The staff should not be dealing with the public back and forth and also packaging, making and cutting the pizzas. One person should be dealing with customers only not handling the pizza boxes pizza cutting or going in back get pizzas. The man that was on cash is wearing face shield not mask which is fine if only doing cash dealing with customers but if boxing cutting pizza and you sneeze cough into a shield it all drips down off shield into pizza boxes and pizzas. I made the suggestion in a nice way when I was handed my pizza but he did not seem to care. If other customers had come in and I had seen this before getting my pizza I would not have ordered from here I will not return...

Hot and ready cheese pizza is NEVER ready during hot and ready hours. 100% of the time I have to wait while they make it. So tonight, I attempted to order in advance so it would be ready when I got there. If I order a hot and ready in advance, it was going to be 50 minutes before it is ready!!!! I have had my last little Caesar’s pizza. I would rather pay $2 more with literally any other pizza company and have it ready in the time it takes me to drive to the store, than wait for little Caesars to make my order while I waste my time standing in the store.
