Good Food, Terrible service. For the past two days ive went to the Mapleview location to get dinner, both days have been a disappointment. From taking my order to receiving it.

The first day, for the 18$ new honey garlic wings as a platter. I asked for fries and onion rings, get home and low and behold I received exactly four onion rings. The wings themselves are also tiny, which is expected but for 18$ you'd think you could get more then 6 tiny wings. The flavor was good, spicy but they are tiny.

Second day, wrong order. This was today, I ordered 8pc nugget platter, and both sides to be fries. Instead I got one side of fries and coleslaw. Not to mention the box had been thrown together and opened in the bag, leaving everything to fall out on the ride.

Look, i understand thats not a lot to complain about, but if im paying 18$ one day and 17$ the next, you'd hope they'd get the order right. This isn't the first time this has happened, if you want the correct order and decent chicken with a good value, go to Mary Browns, or another popeyes, this one,...

Experience at this Popeyes was horrific. We ordered at the drive through at 9:23 and didn’t receive our food until 10:06. Attempted to get a refund but were denied, so obviously on principle we stayed until our food was ready. During the FORTY THREE minutes we waited, no less than THREE Uber eats orders were filled and no less than FOUR walk-ins were served. Workers repeatedly made excuses and came out to tell us that it’ll be “just another 9 minutes” (on top of the 15 minutes we were told by the drive thru worker named “Love Cheema”). It was not in fact another 9 minutes. When asked about a refund both front workers made excuses such as “the fry cook was new.”

Frankly, if it hadn’t been for the money we spent, we would have left with no food and a bad taste in our mouth from the terrible service and lack of time management. I think the workers thought we would leave after the first half hour we spent waiting.

I can confidently say I will never come back to...

It's a real shame I have to leave a 3-star review for this place. This is because I have visited this place at least once or twice a month for the past year as a regular customer. The chickens I order are always well-made, and I find them to be of good portion size at 'okay' prices. I never really had troubles with any of my orders here, and they were done relatively quickly. However, today's visit made me rethink what would've been a 4-star review as a new employee I had not seen before seemed very snarky at my questions, and I found the order to have very small pieces, almost mistakable for a wing, not the full-size piece that usually comes with a family meal. The "large" side was topped off with smaller portions within the container, and I'm not sure if these were overlooked because they were busy, but it was certainly a drop-off in quality from what I used to get from this location.
