Tried the Rose Falooda and Pistachio Falooda—both were absolutely delicious! Full 5 stars for the food and the overall quality of the place.
However, giving 1 star for the atmosphere. During our visit, there were four kids with their parents being very loud along with restaurant background music, and unfortunately, the staff didn’t take any action to manage the disturbance. As paying customers, everyone deserves a pleasant dining experience. It would be great if the staff could step in when things get too noisy—especially when it affects other guests. i.e. Let the parents know if you can't handle your kids they have to leave the premises else enjoy the ambience by taking care of them.

I can see people being upset paying $16 for a regular milkshake with nothing in it but we only live two minutes up the street and specified we still wanted all the toppings and the staff accommodated it no problem .
