Tried the Rose Falooda and Pistachio Falooda—both were absolutely delicious! Full 5 stars for the food and the overall quality of the place. However, giving 1 star for the atmosphere. During our visit, there were four kids with their parents being very loud along with restaurant background music, and unfortunately, the staff didn’t take any action to manage the disturbance. As paying customers, everyone deserves a pleasant dining experience. It would be great if the staff could step in when things get too noisy—especially when it affects other guests. i.e. Let the parents know if you can't handle your kids they have to leave the premises else enjoy the ambience by taking care of them. Would definitely return for the amazing desserts, just hoping for a more peaceful environment next time!

I recently tried their falooda and milkshake, and it was a disappointing experience. I had high hopes for the falooda, but it was watery and didn’t have the thickness you’d expect. The milkshake was just okay, nothing great. When I complained, the server said the chef claims this is how their falooda is supposed to be and that it tastes great. I found this strange because my issue wasn’t about the taste—it was about the consistency. Plus, this wasn’t my first time having falooda, so I know what it should be like. Overall, it was a letdown, and I expected much better.

Went opening night, pretty satisfied overall. You need to make sure you specify if it’s for takeout , you want the fancy toppings with no lid . I can see people being upset paying $16 for a regular milkshake with nothing in it but we only live two minutes up the street and specified we still wanted all the toppings and the staff accommodated it no problem . Overall it tasted great and staff were friendly. It can seem a little pricey for a family of four ($70) , but it’s definitely a nice treat once in a while. I think I try the waffles next time!
