I got to CoCo’s every so often I’m in the area with my job so admittedly a couple months between visit. The staff are polite enough, I’m just awkward so it feels awkward. The drinks are tasty, I go for milk tea(no pearls, for me the texture đŸ˜¶). I think though that it could benefit having a small-size cup, would bring more customers in due the price of mediums & large being in the “higher-end” of purchasing drinks in the city. I understand it’s a small business however the pricing for me makes it why It’s only a not-often stop-by. None the less I do enjoy getting a drink when I go there because it’s refreshing, its just not at the point of I could go every week; with pricing, location, and my general awkwardness.

However, the first time I had it, the tapioca pearls were incredibly soft and chewy, which I loved, but a few times after that, they weren't as soft, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the flavor is great. The parking is convenient, and the staff are friendly, so I think I'll be visiting often!

Excellent Service and Delicious Drinks! Coco is a fantastic spot for anyone looking for great drinks and friendly service in the area. Every visit has been a wonderful experience — the staff are always welcoming, efficient, and helpful. The drinks are consistently fresh, flavorful, and delicious. It's definitely one of the best choices around when you’re craving a quality bubble tea or a refreshing beverage. Highly recommend!

Very good and nice place! Also very great and friendly staff! I got my daughter a bubble tea from different a shop but forgot to get straw. I got home instead of my kid being happy she was crying because i dont have a straw for her bubble tea! Drove around an hr to bubble tea places around barrie since Walmart and Zehrs dont have em. Some bubble tea shops were closed and got rejected twice by 2 bubble tea shop with a straight "NO" answer asking for straw. I begged them but still NO even thpugh im willing to pay. Last shop i saw at Mapleview Drive West is this COCO BUBBLE TEA SHOP! I tried to buy some mochi's to get a straw but they dont have. So i explained to the guy my situation and it was 8:47pm if i remember on March 7, 2024. They were my last hope to get a straw for my daughter. The guy who helped me at this time were everyone is closed and some rejected me for a straw. I cant thank you enough! I really appreciated the help! Made my daughter happy! Definetly coming back here...

Went here for the first time yesterday
 I wanted 2 medium sized drinks, they didn’t have anymore medium sized cups so I was up charged to large (ok fine, not a fight I wanted to pursue so I obliged) then they put the drinks in a drink tray that doesn’t hold the cups securely
one drink fell right outta the tray out the door
.did they comp me a new one? Nope (again, not a fight I wanted to have, had my kids in the car and was not in mood) so I bought another drink
. The point Is, I should’ve walked out from the ‘no more medium cups’ but I feel like they did nothing customer service wise, and have the audacity to ask for a tip when paying
