I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received at the Popeyes barrie Anne st on multiple occasions. As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential to bring these concerns to your attention in the hopes of improving the overall customer experience.

During my recent visits, I have encountered several issues that have left me dissatisfied. Firstly, I have consistently experienced rude behavior from the staff, which greatly impacts the enjoyment of my meal. The lack of professionalism displayed by the employees is disheartening and tarnishes the reputation of the brand.

Furthermore, there have been repeated instances where items were missing from my order. On more than one occasion, both sandwiches and mashed potatoes were either forgotten or not included in the bag. Most recently, there were no biscuits provided at all, further adding to my disappointment. These oversights are not only inconvenient but also diminish the value and satisfaction derived from my purchase.

To exacerbate matters, the store has proven unresponsive to my attempts to address these issues. Despite voicing my concerns at the front counter, the staff did not display any empathy or willingness to resolve the matter. Additionally, my attempts to reach out to the store by phone to discuss the problems have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling disregarded as a customer.

I kindly request that you take these matters seriously and address them promptly. The consistent lack of attention to detail, coupled with the unprofessional conduct of the staff, is concerning and requires immediate attention. It is my hope that the owner or the Popeyes office will actively monitor customer reviews to prevent further instances of...

TL;DR Hands down the most tasteless, greasiest chicken I have eaten in my life.

The staff were very friendly and we didn't have any issues with them at all. I'd like to get that out of the way. I went with a co-worker, and we both ordered the same thing. The 3 piece chicken, spicy, with onion rings. The Thursday special.

It tasted like salty grease. They apparently marinate their chicken for 12 hours...perhaps it's being marinated in grease. Not sure. As a side note, I think they messed up and gave us normal chicken. Not the spicy stuff, as there was zero hint of any spice. Just salt.

This was hands down the most greasiest chicken I've ever eaten. The only flavour was in the skin, and not the chicken. If you marinate something properly, it should be absorbed through the whole protein. Not just it's skin.

I HIGHLY suggest to avoid eating here, unless you don't care about your health at all. Sometimes, it's okay to east something a bit on the unhealthy side. However, this is too far to the extreme. At 760 calories, 17g of saturated fat, and 1550mg of sodium(!) for those 3 pieces of chicken....it's not worth it. I really should have read the nutritional menu first, and looked at what other people ordered before ordering myself. So, in the end, it's my fault for choosing to eat here.

Have been here 3 or 4 times now, every time is has been very slow. The most recent (and likely last ever) visit it took my friend literally (we timed it) 20 minutes to get his meal. He didn't order anything fancy, just a regular chicken meal with fries. It wasn't that busy either, maybe 5 other customers maximum. There's no way it takes 20 minutes to cook chicken, and even if it did they should be more prepared and start making more when they get low. The wait might have been not as bad if the staff had been more communicative and apologetic. Nobody ever told us there would be a delay nor did they apologize about the wait, they just called out the order number when the food was ready. While we were standing there waiting for our food the manager and other employee didn't even attempt to try and speed up the order as one or two other employees slowly moved around the back room. By the time my friend got his food and we got home (only a 3 minute drive away) my food was soggy and cold. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the food is (normally) pretty good if you are willing to wait a long...
