I decided to try my first juice cleanse because I figured it would be a great idea for me to detox my body and always wanted to try a cleanse anyway.
I had went in person to place my order and was told that I would get a call the next day around noon to pick up my cleanse, as I was told they make it fresh the day I pick it up. So the next day comes and I dont receive any call, I wait till later afternoon to give them a call figuring they are just busy so thats fine. Its 4:30 and I call again because I realized they close at 5 and I didnt wanna miss picking up my stuff.
Someone answered and apologized that no one called, which was nice, so I went over to pick it up. I came home and went on the website and realize that, they say they are supposed to give me some instructions with the cleanse. I received none.. I have been referencing their website with their 'mock' schedule to give me some guidelines, since I have never done one before.
Overall im not super impressed but I do appreciate the employee apologizing, and I like the fact you can keep the glass bottles. Would I re-purchase?...

I look forward to stopping here and feel great about serving it to my toddler (who also loves it!) The customer service has always been nice, the stores are beautiful and offer a lot of different goodies for purchase that support other local businesses My favs are the spring rolls (the sauce 😍) and the ‘go to’ smoothie

Read moreBeen here once before and the food was really good but I had a disappointing experience this past Sunday. Went there to grab dinner around 4PM. When I walked in there was no one working at the counter because it was a pretty quiet night. I rang the bell once and waited about 2 minutes. No one came to help me so then I proceeded to ring the bell 4 more times and waited a total of 15 minutes! Absolutely no one came to help me so I walked away and got dinner elsewhere. Please make sure your employees are at the front counter, or if it is slow and they need to do work in the back ensure they can hear the bell when customers come in. You are losing valuable customers. I hope this does not happen...
