I have been a loyal patron since opening, and I am very disappointed by today's experience. Word of caution dont go in 850pm near closing time even if they agree to take your order. Started off with the manager in a bad attitude who refused to substitute a cheese as never an issue every time previously. Then, immediately while pizza dough was being made, he went onto cleaning with a spray bottle in close proximity to the dough. I was holding my breath like wth is thus.. I am sure the overspray got on the dough. Food service 101 don't clean next to food. I dont need to see that either, and it's just visually telling a customer we are rushing you. Then we get to the oven ..seemed more gross displays of scraping the old burnt pizza and touching the pizza with the same paddle. I still tipped, knowing that they started the oven up and took my order unwillingly, it seems. Advice to the store if you're not in the right mindset to serve customers with the same quality and cleanliness as all other times - don't take the customer and leave a poor impression. I will be reminded of this cringe experience if I choose to revisit in the future. This could have been so much better with a bit of consideration and waiting a bit until the customer...

I had a great experience here! The place has a really nice vibe—spacious, clean, and the temperature inside was just right to sit down and enjoy a meal. Prices are fair, and the service was friendly and efficient.

What really stood out to me was how customizable everything is. You can choose between two pizza sizes—mini or regular (which comes with 6 slices). They also offer a gluten-free crust option for an extra charge, which is a great touch for anyone with dietary needs.

For the base, they’ve got some fun options like creamy garlic, red sauce, spicy red, pesto, or even mix-and-match half-and-half. And yes, it’s all fire-baked thin crust!

The best part? You get to build your own pizza with unlimited toppings—which is awesome. The staff walks you through the process, and you can finish it off with drizzles like balsamic, buffalo sauce, olive oil, spicy oil, or fresh basil. It really lets you get creative with flavors.

They also offer combo deals with a drink and cookie, and if you’re in the mood, they serve beer and wine too (not part of the combo). The spot is located in a plaza, so there’s plenty of free parking, and there’s a washroom available as well.

Highly recommend checking this place out—I’ll definitely be...

Gotta be honest... I love the balsamic chicken . It's one of my favorite meals. I usually get it in Newmarket but this time went to Barrie.

The lady made me wait so incredibly long to take my order and my wife and I were the only ones in the store. She was making some pizzas while we waited and wearing gloves, then she took them off and picked her nose, then chatted with another employee like we weren't there. Finally she took our order and I prayed I wouldn't have to ask her to wash her hands.... When she was making the sandwiches she did put gloves on. However when the sandwiches came out, one had a fly smashed into the bun w So obviously we sent it back for a new top bun. She didn't use a glove or wash her hands the 2nd time.....

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this one I hope the owner sees just to brush up the employees on food sanitation.

Food is very good though so don't write the place off because of my 1...

We tried to order triple cheese and were charged for it but the pizza definitely wasn't triple cheese. I have attached a photo to show how cheap they were about it. We mentioned we wanted more than they had put on but they said it was enough and wouldn't put more...when I get triple cheese I expect it to be dripping with cheese and not be able to see the sauce, especially at the cost. We also got a pepperoni pizza and each slice only had one piece of pepperoni, which again seems very cheap. I have also attached a photo of this pizza. The pizza tasted okay but would've been much better if we had gotten what we actually asked for and were not dismissed by the manager and his staff.

I had SECRET PIZZA at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas as my favorite pizzeria outside Italy, till I came across SCORE PIZZA in Barrie, Northern Ontario, where I attended a wedding. What a concept! Thin crust, stone oven, a huge variety of healthy and fresh ingredients, unlimited ingredients option, and fast! A true grommet pizza that you would remember. The Pizzaria has an upscale design, pleasant atmosphere, family friendly and above all the restrooms are the cleanest you would ever find in a restaurant. The staff and James( the owner) are very welcoming and professional. Definitely worth a visit! Paul J Las Vegas
