Tim Hortons has long been a staple of Canadian culture, known for its coffee, donuts, and a sense of community. However, in recent years, the experience at many Tim Hortons, including this one has taken a noticeable downturn, making it far less appealing as a go-to spot. One of the most glaring issues is the cleanliness of the establishments. There are large rips in the booth tables and all of the other tables wobble and you spill your coffee. This particular Tim Hortons is quite dirty all the time. I don't think they ever clean the tables! Where Tim Hortons used to be a place you could count on for a clean, welcoming environment, many locations now leave much to be desired. Tables are often left dirty, the floors can be sticky, and garbage bins overflow. The once inviting atmosphere has given way to a sense of neglect, making it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy a meal or coffee.Unfortunately, the staff's attitude seems to have deteriorated alongside the cleanliness. It's not uncommon to encounter employees who appear disinterested in their work, offering lackluster service with minimal effort. Orders are often incorrect, and any attempt to address issues is met with indifference, if not outright rudeness. The sense of pride that once seemed to define Tim Hortons' staff has faded, replaced by a noticeable lack of care. For many customers, this decline in standards is disappointing. Tim Hortons used to be a reliable, pleasant place to grab a quick bite or relax with a coffee. Now, the experience is marred by unclean conditions and unmotivated staff, leaving long-time patrons questioning whether it's worth returning. It's unfortunate to see a beloved brand lose its luster, but until significant improvements are made, Tim Hortons is no longer the enjoyable destination I...
Read moreEvery morning, I make a point of stopping at the Tim Hortons drive-thru on 441 Bayview in Barrie — and it’s not just for my dark roast coffee and medium green tea. The team at this location is exceptionally friendly, organized, and consistently delivers fast, reliable service with a personal touch that truly makes my day.
As soon as I pull up, they already know my order. Their great sense of humour and warm, personable approach make even a quick drive-thru visit feel special — a small but meaningful moment before heading off to teach a class of 28 students!
Special thanks to Jill, the manager, who always makes time to smile and say hello. Her leadership shines through in how well the entire team works together. Everyone is kind, efficient, and genuinely cares about their customers.
I actually go out of my way to use this drive-thru because of how welcomed and appreciated I feel each morning. It’s such a positive way to start the day.
Keep up the amazing work, Bayview Tim’s team — you truly set...
Read moreAttended on a Sunday at 7:30PM, the store closes as per posted hours at 9PM. The food display case was almost empty as an initial greeting into the store, however it's an hour and a half to close so understandable. I tried to order a sandwich that required the grill and I was advised they have already started the cleaning process of the grill as it has to be done 45 minutes before they close....I got rather confused at this point, stated but you close at 9PM its only 7:30PM. The worker advised, no we close at 8:45PM. So to be clear they are closing 15 minutes before the posted times? Around now it all started to feel like a math problem from school. If you post hours until 9PM but actually close at 8:45PM (no reason why needed) and the grill takes 45 minutes to clean, what time would you start the cleaning process? (A) 8:15PM (B) Prior to 7:30PM (C) 8:00PM (D) Why does it even matter as time is just a...
