2022 March 5/5 overall Service = 5/5 - fast, friendly, efficient Food quality = 5/5 - double stack burger (12 oz = 3/4 lb) is SO GOOD. They make it fresh on site (no I do not work for them, just it is my favourite burger in Barrie so going to promote it)...they spice it perfectly and it is so deliciously juicy and moist and tasty! :)

mid-August 2021 update: 5/5 Service = 4/5 - Very friendly, rather slow with food prep though the food was worth the wait... (2 burgers and fries took 16 minutes) Food quality = 5/5 - double stack burger was delicious again (5/5), crispy chicken sandwich was good 4/5, masala fries were DELICIOUS - best fries in Barrie 5/5

early-August 2021 update: 5/5 Service = 4/5 - Extremely friendly but quite unorganized... Food quality = 5/5 - Top quality beef in the double stack beef kebab burger (real kebab beef, delicious and filling) (4/5 overall taste)...crispy chicken sandwich with coleslaw was delicious (5/5 overall taste) Price for value = 5/5 - The food was delicious! The best IMO was the crispy chicken with coleslaw burger (the new special chicken burger special at their restaurant). Soooo tasty and delicious!

2019: Service = 5/5. Extremely patient and friendly, got to try/sample some of the food to ensure it was what I wanted. Food quality = 5/5. Food is excellent, the mango ice cream quality is extremely good. The wraps were outstanding! We had one roti wrap (half Chana, half seasoned beef Keema with some sauce - I forget what though it was delicious) where we had the brown rice which was seasoned nicely. We also had two naan wraps where one of us basically inhaled it and said it was the best ever (I cannot verify that as I never got a taste). :( The other was really good too (Keema). Price for value = 5/5. Prices are very low compared to other places and the food quality is excellent, the taste was delicious of my wrap and my friend's wrap, and the ice cream (never got to try the 3rd wrap as my other friend devoured that before we got a chance to say hey can we get a sample cause it was just that good according to her...

Extremely Bad Experience!! I have been coming to Twisted for past 9 years with my family. Been to Orillia location, both the Barrie locations, love it, all the staff is nice except this one Asian(middle-age) guy, who is extremely rude, arrogant and egoistic. This guy has some extreme attitude issues, I have been noticing it from the first ever time he served us. Whenever we walk in, and we see him behind the counter, our excitement to eat at Twisted just goes downhill, as its just not a nice treatment you get from him as customer. He has never greeted us at all, even if you ask him any question, he literally just nods in sheer attitude. Excuse me!! Do you know anything about customer service!! We went there today, ask for little extra chutney on burger(mind it was the only sauce we were asking not any second sauce, to which he said - nope its hard to put it on burger, as it gets messy. I replied that its okay, I kinda my problem to eat a messy burger. Then he goes, nope I won’t put it as Its extra money, can’t you see it on our menu screen.’ Come on!! Thats how you talk to someone whose just kindly asking for something, At this point We weren’t even rude or anything. Why would you tell me something different at first place and then say its extra money. Just make it clear first time itself, that its extra money, don’t play around. Don’t think other person is stupid, mind it, 9 years of coming to twisted, just this particular man causes issues. No other staff member at any other location has ever said that to us What made it worst was not the fact that little extra sauce was chargeable, its his tone, unaccountability, ego and rudeness, that made me loose my cool on him today and lead to unpleasant verbal exchange. He really need to get himself checked. I myself have been working in customer service for a decade now. SORRY TWISTED!! AIN’T COMING BACK IF THIS GUY CARRIES ON WITH THIS BEHAVIOUR EACH TIME WITH NO REASON. MAY BE THIS INDUSTRY IS NOT FOR HIM. MIND IT EACH TIME HE IS BEHIND THE COUNTER HE RUINS THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. I love the twisted Indian chain. This is the first time I’ve ordered anything from this location. Well tonight was disappointing at the least. My go to is the 3 tacos and masala fries. Wow it’s delicious; well when done correctly. Tonight I ordered this meal along with 2 more tacos and a vegetarian meal.

When the meal came 3 out of 5 tacos were cold. I mean cold. Still good, but not the same. The toppings are sparse and I was disappointed. My son had the two other tacos and they were cold. My last taco was cold also and half way through I bit into what I thought was a bone or something. TURNED OUT TO BE A STAPLE!! What? YES A STAPLE!!

3 cold tacos and a staple that almost punctured my gums. Not acceptable practice. Not to mention quality control completely different from two other locations that I have frequented.
