As Ive said in a few of my reviews,Im not a big person to do reviews.I prefer to contact the owner/manager&speak to them about their employee who left me inpressed.BUT THIS review is ABOUT THE owner of THIS business.There I sat,waiting for my guy,panicking about HOW I was going to get a 6 pack of cupcakes made for the day I needed(I needed for Tuesday,this was Sunday BUT I NEEDED to pick up MONDAY! I looked at the places online...their hours...the days they were CLOSED...THE DAY I NEEDED THEM MOST...WELLLL.....I called THIS place&had a very professional lady on the other end,soothing voice to help make me calm down with cancelling the feeling I felt I had FAILED.I explained what I was after(certain profanity required ON THESE cupcakes)i was assured all was good!Day needed ...A OK....time needed...A OK...what I was asking to be on them...A OK...EVERYTHING was A OK ...GOOD to go...for THE time I needed ...did I mention??...THE NEXT DAY?? Would I use THIS company again??ABSOLUTELY! Now the taste of the different flavors I brought to my family member,I CANT comment on myself as i WASNT offered ANY BUT I CAN say...I left Hamilton...calling my family member when I was close to home&he already had 2 gone!The next morning when I called?ANOTHER GONE...The next day,I received a pic of the EMPTY box...Im thinking ...HE ENJOYED? :) Kat.PLEEZ KNOW(&I know I said it in the many texts back&forth..THANK U FOR MAKING...

Ordered 16 custom cookies for my son's first birthday. The cookies are tasty and they followed the design details I specified however my expectations were still not met. These cookies do not end up looking like the cookies you see on social media when bakers demo their piping skills. Cookies and Cupcakes by Design use a different kind of icing that isn't smooth and it ends up looking a little sloppy because of the way it is applied and the way it dries. I also wish that having them individually wrapped was optional even for the favor size because I ended up having to remove each cookie from its package so that it could be displayed for dessert. It was an added cost that I wish I could have saved. Ultimately they did manage to complete the order with only a few days notice however, I will not order again as I prefer the smooth, clean and glossy look that other...

Always wanted to try this spot . Their cupcakes are very basic Walmart tasting cupcakes they do not use buttercream just cream filled with icing sugar horrible ! Dried up cupcakes i tried the cream cheese frosting birthday cake and vanilla bean they all tasted the same dry and very generic tasting cupcakes!

Update: it’s not about the price Iwas more than happy to pay the prices u had on ur chalkboard it’s just the quality was horrible they were dried up cupcake and the amount of cream cheese inside the cream cheese cupcake was funny. Anyways Ijust posted this review for ur better maybe try making them a little better and fresher ! And for customer service iasked the worker there what kind of butter cream do u guys use and she responded by saying she doesn’t know the owner stepped out for a moment lol it’s kind of ridiculous not knowing ur...
