Been to the location and normally never had an issue with this location via being in person or heck even drive-thru but the past few month I've been using tims app delivery service and it so happens to use this one, tbh haven't been to this location in person for over a year so good service was a year ago or more and since ive been doing delivery through the tims app I've had over 7 orders where they forgot to add what I payed for, and the same thing everytime I order coffees and my coffee I get vanilla syrup added.... well mine and my partners always come with the requested sugar and cream however my coffee has been missing the vanilla syrup for now an 8th time..... like I've not complained till now as over 7 times really come on its now the 8th and I'm getting tired of the fast hiring as clearly there's either lack of proper training or misunderstanding on the employees part on the training provided eitherway kinda unprofessional considering 5 years ago tims barely ever made an issue to the point they could fix issues for free thinking there wouldn't be many to fix.... stop replacing our kind old coffee ladies with people that barely understand how to make coffee.
Update: reordered and still no vanilla!....... probably going to stop using tims app for delivery as with other delivery apps atleast I get to choose my delivery location, also worked for tims myself and customer care is a lie the complaints just get put in a mail box and ignored or disposed of if an owner or manager cares they contact directly, would rather see action like a promise of atleast one proper coffee at the minimum or a free proper coffee or better yet I did the math and a $5 or $10 tims gift card would replace the money wasted on incorrect coffees and paying for an extra topping to my coffee that's now 80 cents a shot of syrup i get 2 coffees I'm almost paying for a whole coffee in just paying for 2 shots of syrup so someone get it right...... that's minimum $1.60 an order in extra charges that I'm requesting and not even getting the vanilla?!?!?.... then on top of that I don't enjoy my coffee so could even count the coffee as a waste.... that's another $2 waste or more as I get xl coffee..... very disappointed with tims recently it used to hold itself to such standards i might go in and see for myself whats wrong with this location it's probably all new staff that are not properly trained or worst no offense to the people themselves but if there is too many immigrants and there English is broken then who's making sure they understand there job and whats means what seeing as they're entire job, training, customer interaction, it's all in English so who's making sure they understand everything I know tims used to as it's always had it's fair mix of immigrants, colored, and even age tims always tried to keep a balance and not favor one over the other, past 5 years I've watched tenor workers ones that know the job in and out be replaced with more and more people from out of country that don't always understand our language and worse our standards, I've noticed corners being cut in certain industries as most countries don't have as many rules or policies as we do and thus our standards are now dropping as to what we're willing to accept in terms of standards.... in the past if you didn't understand your training you were not hired simple as that.... what happened to the standard of quality we used to have.... it was nothing racist or against anyone it was just facts majority of our populace is English so if you couldn't understand English enough they wouldn't hire you to avoid issues of communication or worse understanding.... a good example even when I do get vanilla it's half the time French vanilla powder..... all because of wording and or lack of understanding of the words I get French vanilla powder instead of vanilla syrup..... I just wish quality assurance was...

This used to be my favourite location to go to, however over the last few weeks that has changed. I understand this is a fast paced environment that involves a high level of stress for these workers. I know they work their butts off trying to accommodate each guest which I can appreciate. Perhaps I am at fault for not checking my orders before driving away, however it is not my job to ensure they do theirs correctly. As someone who has worked in the food service industry for years it is frustrating to see that simple instructions for an order can not be followed and a basic order can not be fulfilled. To save myself from the annoyance and frustration over something as simple as a confused donut order or screwed up breakfast sandwich, I will now go out of my way to go elsewhere. I sincerely hope management at this location hires competent workers who can follow and achieve a basic order, or provide their current workers additional training on the goods they serve so they can successfully achieve a complete order and to improve their customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This does not apply to the staff that I have seen there for the last 3 years of my time coming here as they have been the reason I have always returned. But as I see less of them, the more often I receive incorrect orders.
Im sure eventually I will try this location again but for now, I will...
Read moreIf you want to throw up, go here. From the moment I stepped out of my car, I was gagging at how dirty everything is. The parking lot/entrance is covered in trash and questionable stains everywhere. Main entrance was dirty with BAREFEET FOOTPRINTS all over. Inside, the floors are filthy, tables messy, and then there's the bathroom. A nightmare bathroom. Absolutely disgusting and to add to it zero soap. I don't think they know how to clean a bathroom because this one appeared to have been untouched for weeks.
I spoke to one of the employees and even let her know that from what I saw, I didn't trust the safety of the food they were serving. She blamed the filthy restaurant on a few large families that had just come in and a lack of staff... shameful excuse.
I ate the food as my husband had paid and we had 3 hungry young kids. I'll let you know if that...
