First off, I would like to say that I generally don't go to Tim's anymore because it has gone downhill dramatically since Burger King bought it. A friend of mine wanted to go, so I went and was quickly reminded why I no longer go there.
I ordered a large earl grey tea, with 2 milk and 2 sugar with the bags left in. First my order was passed over and the person behind me received their drink before mine. We were standing there for several minutes so I went to ask about my order which was very simple and was asked again what I ordered because they didn't know even though I had already paid for it. I told them again, and my tea was made right away. When I received it there was no sugar in it. I didn't take a drink until I was outside in the car. I didn't have time to go back in to get another one so I just drank what I had which I did not enjoy. Normally I prefer black coffee, but I can't stomache how bitter their coffee is now. If you want good quality coffee at an affordable price, give A&W a try. I can drink theirs black with no problem.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI go to this location constantly. The Sunday day shift supervisor lately has been the worst. She is the rudest Tim's leader I think I've ever seen. Today she flat out called me a liar over my order. I can never get a single shot of espresso correct at this location. No matter what it gets added to a drink everytime. So today I order a small ice cap. I wait for her to say is that everything.. then I say "no. Seperately i would like an espresso shot. Get to the window and sure enough, shot added to ice cap. I point out the error and happily say I'll pay or an additional shot, but alone. She tells me.i never said that and acts like an absolute cow about it when I say I'll pay for it. Rudely gets me the thing I ordered after ruining my wife's ice cap. I still stay nice and say thank you and she slams the window on me. I literally go here three times a day Monday to Friday as my work stop and I'll be going back to my prior spot over the the way all the new staff treat the customers. Not fun driving away mad over someone else making a mistake and flipping it on you. Still gave a good rating as there was nothing wrong with the quality, the service was fast, but my simple take-the-kids-out-to-get-some-air became a screw that jerk...

The past few months there is a woman that works counter , if she ever wore a name tag I would be able to name her.. but Iāve never seen one. She just doesnāt care about counter , the lines or how fast she needs to get orders out. I waited 8 mins for a lg coffee, there was no one in line when I ordered, she wasnāt busy, she took my order without saying a word as usual. with this worker, Iām never told my total I have to ask. Then when she goes to make my coffee it took 8 mins.. btw Iāve waited longer than this ONLY with this particular worker. She talks to the people in drive through and pass them orders all before starting mine ( after she took my order btw) Then I look at the line of 5 people who have been waiting and are just as frustrated as I am. I love this location Iāve been a regular for many many years. Every other worker is always so pleasant and greets you with a smile.
