Worth the read. I don't make complaints often but this place has provided 2 horrible experiences. First incident, I ordered 2 meals in store, no customers ahead of me. 2/3 cars in drive through at 9:05pm, we left the store at 9:40pm, 30 minutes for fast food? the staff even apologized. Decided to go in a second time BIG MISTAKE. The manager of India decent, said policy requires that you must order from the app to recieve coupons. Now previously with the general labour/customer service staff, you just show them the online app coupon they enter harv05 and discount applied. So I used the app, my tracking order appeared while sitting in the lobby showed 2 orders paid for, 1 for myself and my family. We walk up to the counter 1 meal ready the other missing, the general staff say sorry, no worries what did you order we will make it for you. No problem. Then the rudest manger I've ever encountered in my customer service history appears, says nope. Call head office, so here I am calling head office in the store trying to track where my payment went. Harveys tech support said it was instantly refunded on there end but nothing appeared for me. I stated word for word in a calm nature that the service is really terrible and I won't be back. So I left with my cold meal, took 15 minutes on the phone, no remake on the food not even offered, as the dude HECKLED ME as I left the store you read that correctly a MANAGER heckled me with offensive language as I left. I have the audio recording....dude shouldn't even be a car jockey let alone a manger. I will never go back to Harveys again HORIBLE experiance. What happened to hiring students with good traits for manager positions. Because make no mistake, the general staff there has better customer service then the manager. Listen I'm not looking for free hand outs...I just wanted a burger without being heckled.... also manager was wearing black nike sneakers, green sweats and a sweater in the cooking area? Is that what they considered what a manager wears at harveys.....
Worst experiance ever, fire that manger the worst. I literally drove all the way to Vaughan and purchased burgers from HOLY CHUCK for $60.....better experiance. Management that cares......
Back in my day at McDonald's we set them up with either free food or a refund, or at least offer something for the inconvenience.
But Heckeld while leavingwith cold food? unacceptable Harveys...I expect to get an apology from head office. I dont want the food or compensation, infact I never will return just a simple apology and a writen notice for that individual, or I'm posting the audio everywhere I can.
Harveys please rehire management at this location or at least toss an audit in regards to customer service. THE PRINTED SIGN AT THE COUNTER, that says we don't tolerate aggressive behavior makes sense now. YOU KNOW YOU SERVICE IS TERRIBLE WHEN YOU HANG A SIGN LIKE THAT IN YOUR ESTABLISMENT.
Never again. Rather spend $60 at an establishment that cares, or better yet isn't rude.

Read moreI cannot believe the terrible customer service I was receiving from a restaurant in Canada. I went to place an order at 11:30 pm on Oct 08 2020. I have previously had a bad experience with the two girls that work together before, and they have held a petty grudge against me and recognize my vehicle through the drive thru camera. Rupinder, who to my surprise is a manager, is VERY VERY RUDE and PETTY. When they saw my car at the drive thru window, the tone in the girl's voice was not greeting at all (never experienced this at any other restaurant before). When I pulled up to the window, I sensed the shady attitude as they were smirking and both went to the back and took long to prepare our food, which ended up being cold. I went home to bring the poutines to my mom and brother and when they opened the poutine they were grossed out. The poutine was SOGGY as it was drenched in sauce and gravy and the fries were COLD. I went back to complain and they were BOTH giving me attitude. They told me they can't make my poutine because they have no gravy for the night, which makes no sense, as they could have made more. I have had bad experiences with Rupinder before, but I did not complain to head office as I am a very understanding individual. But today she told me, "I was actually waiting for you to complain last time, what happened?" in a condescending tone. The other girl, which I had no issue with and was VERY POLITE to, said "Well she works here a lot so I guess you won't be coming here then". I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS HEARING. I am a frequent customer and this is how I get treated? I have spent so much money at this location and I feel disgraced. As a business owner myself, I would not approve of having my paid employees shoo away business like it's their own! This is the worst customer service ever, they are VERY SHADY and I feel that they even did something to my food. I want the cameras REVIEWED and this situation assessed, or I will be taking legal action. This is not a joke to me and I will not take this situation lightly. They refunded me $11.30 but my mother and brother had no food for the night. Not to mention I had to drive back and forth, wasting my time and gas. These girls are MEAN GIRLS and I felt bullied and targeted. I do not feel comfortable returning as they recognize my vehicle and I DO NOT TRUST them making my food. They also took back the two poutines through the drive thru during this pandemic, which is ABSURD. I am absolutely APPALLED, DISGUSTED, I feel discriminated against and attacked. Read moreI am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the treatment I received when trying to contact the Bradford Harvey’s location. On two separate occasions, I called the restaurant, only to have the phone picked up and then immediately hung up without any interaction. Despite saying “hello” several times, my calls were abruptly disconnected, which I find highly disrespectful and unprofessional.
As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your team. I urge you to address this matter and ensure that all staff members adhere to proper communication and customer service standards in the future.
