2022 May: 5/5 -restaurant was immaculately clean, food was really good, customer service was outstanding.

Had a gyro...it was really good, toppings were fresh, they give you a lot of beef and lamb. I asked the lady for advice on what to put on since it was the first time I was at this location. Ended up with tomatoes, lettuce, and pineapple (they also suggested onions but I am not an onion fan so we left those off). I found the pineapple made the wrap fantastic, though the bread they use is a bit tough (though no spillage while driving and eating unlike other places so there is that)...overall the wrap was a 4.5, with the only minor issue being the bread. 4.5/5

The restaurant was CLEAN! Very impressed, though I sense the place was VERY new based on what some of the staff said at times...not 100% sure, either way, was nice to see how clean the place was. 5/5

Customer service: 5/5. At first it took a few minutes (5) for them to start making my wrap, but that was fine, I was not in a rush, more observing how they worked. They seemed to have a lot of food delivery service orders and I always like knowing how things work so was just paying attention to that before a lady who seemed in charge noted to her staff whether they had started my gyro or not. She explained they were newly opened, seemingly to apologize for how long they took to start my wrap and went to work on making it VERY quickly. Very friendly, very professional. This review is after 3 trials to check for quality, quantity and consistency. Dish ordered was the same to find consistency. Chicken Shawarma Bowl with same toppings. Avoided garlic sauce all the time after seeing the pattern of covering up the rice with garlic sauce to feel bulk in other restaurants serving shawarma. First order was when the store was opened. It was spot on with right mix of taste, freshness and quantity. Enough staff to handle the shifts. This time it was served in a nice round paper bowl. Second time order after one from first trial, appalling. No more fresh, rice was sogging in sauce with no freshness to it. Only good thing was that it was served hot but came in the usual junk food paper-take-out container for dining in. Third time the quantity went down seriously low, not even enough rice to fill, with just a sprinkle of chicken pieces and a bad stench of stale food. Just the smell of fridge with lots of food but turned off overnight. Thats it. Wont be going to any Tahinis, anywhere. This is how not to run a food place. Giving 5/5 for first order, 3/5 for second and 2/5 for third. Average 3/5. Still searching for good Mediterranean food in...
