Booster Juice — Restaurant in Brampton

The customer service at this location is the worst I’ve ever experienced at a booster juice location. I had ordered a mango fuzz and before ordering I asked a man (whom I believe was the owner) if the drink was mango. He replied to me that it was so I paid. I was able to see the person making my drink and it seem to have juice from a dispenser which was labeled pineapple juice. Then frozen mango bits was put on top (very little). When I tasted it I said to the owner that it didn’t taste like mango and I didn’t like it. I asked to replace my drink with something else especially because he told me it was a mango drink. He refused. And was very rude. Blaming me for ordering it. I’m not sure if anyone ever educated him that you don’t argue with customers. He proceeded to be rude and brushed me off. I didn’t want to go back and forth so I left the drink and left the store. I will not be going back to this location and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else visiting this location if you are looking for a pleasant experience. This owner will give “booster juice” a terrible name. I wouldn’t even give 1 star but you have to if you want to leave a review.

WEEKS LATER UPDATE I put in a request the day of my complaint to booster juice corporate office. When I got a call couple weeks later I answered my phone and the person hardly introduced themselves. Didn’t sound professional at all. They asked me what happened I told them. And there next question was “so what do you want us to do for you”. Pardon me, is this how you treat a customer. I’m not sure how you are working for corporate and you are asking me how you should treat a customer complaint. It was all a joke. They were rude and I wasn’t getting anywhere with the conversation just reminded me of the poor treatment I received in store....

Worst booster juice ever!!!!! Do not waste your hard earned money here!!! The owners water down smoothies and cheap out where ever they can!!! I had to ask for more fruit after I watched the owner put three blueberries in my mind over matcha smoothie!! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and went back a couple times (the kids in the store when the owners leave make great smoothies as they go by the standards of head office for the most part.) and yesterday the owner tried to tell me that the smoothie would be watery no matter what when there is no ice... bull!!! I ask for no ice extra fruit in my smoothie every time and even offer to pay for the extra fruit. I've been to this location 3 times..I usually go to the BCC location; today was the last time that I ever go here. The workers are not personable at all. The cashier rang me up and just stared at me instead of letting me know the total. I asked for a funky monkey with soy bc that is how it used to be made before they switched to almond milk. Not a fan of almond milk. My $7 smoothie has a nutty, off taste. I've been drinking the same smoothie for over a year so I know what it's supposed to taste like. The girl who poured my smoothie kept sniffing my drink bc I assume even she knew it wasn't right. Very disappointed. Waste of money. GO TO BCC the service and smoothies...
