Went in a couple of weeks ago to get ice cream for my kids and myself. Had a promo code for one free waffle cone upgrade. We were the only ones in the store, masked. Woman serving the ice cream was not wearing gloves. She was rushing us to pick flavours even though there were no other customers. I wanted to get Mom's Cookie Dough flavour but it wasn't available. Quite a few flavours from the website weren't available, so it's not exactly 31 favours to choose from. We each selected two scoops, which was way too large. Had to get my coupon out to have it scanned, but she couldn't scan it in. She entered the discount manually - still came to about $21! Expensive. We need more choices in the area for cones.

Whomever pepared the pack is a very cheap person and such cheap people save the store few dollars but they shortly end up killing the whole business. The loser here would be the owner. Your employees make up or break the business. Teach them how to prepare good ice creams packs. This is Baskin Robbins, not tandoori and curry shop. Listen up , if you want to keep holding back from from being generous with your customers, please change Baskin Robbins to a shop that sells Canadian air in plastic bags, you will make money with almost 0 cost. Teach your employees to be generous! Oh, maybe you are the one who teach them to be cheap, why don't you pick left over ice creams from garbage and sell them as well, you will save alot more. Revisit After Two Years - A Delightful Experience!
After almost two years, we revisited this location and were pleasantly surprised. We tried the icing on the cake flavor ice cream, which my daughter absolutely loved. The staff were friendly and managed the line-ups fairly quickly despite the place being a bit busy. Gentleman behind the counter was friendly. The customer service was excellent. We look forward to coming back soon!

I recently visited a restaurant that was quite busy, but I believe staff can still be friendly even when under pressure. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by an incident that felt quite rude. While I was trying to pick up some napkins from the packaging, a staff member abruptly took the package away from me and put it back.
