Location is completely mismanaged & ill trained spent probably 5-7 minutes just trying to order because the new girl was too quiet could not hear past the glass & loud fan she did not understand about some new promotion on a poster but this is not her fault she seemed to be training 5 stars for her but the reaaal issue is with the management the deal in question was literally written on a poster across from the cashier & when I noticed others getting there orders in before we had even place ours I started to get frustrated trying to explain something rather simple burgerkings offering a promotion for 2 burgers small fries & drink for 5.99 so I asked if any other burgers were included besides the 3 pictured apparently nobody knew because after it seemed like a problem to even get their attention the manager said roadhouse & something else apparently that wasn't included but I dont know forsure because by that point google was alot more helpful then trying to say my uncle wanted 2 beef & I wanted 1 chicken one beef was apparently too difficult for any of them & what should've cost 5.99 times 2 came up over 21$ because they put it in the cash wrong no manager helped this poor new girl then had the nerve to wrongly got rude with me & still cherry on top got the order wrong still after allllll that 0/10 nightmare location what would you expect...
Read moreSummer 2025: I just popped into the drive-through at the Queen St. @ 410 location in Brampton for lunch. My order was well received and accurate, except they forgot that I asked for no ice in my Coke. I do also find the fries are a little too salty. However, the staff member at this location was very friendly and I was served quickly. Unfortunately, as I went through the drive-through, I cannot speak of the environment or state of the restaurant inside.
Spring 2025: The food is adequate for fast food. It would be nice if you could some how cut back on the grease in your burgers. The counter staff at both Keele Street and Jane Street (both at Wilson) could be more friendly. The drive-through line at the Jane Street location is very poorly organized. Many cars are blocked in the plaza parking lot. I also found the service in the drive-through to be quite slow. I visited the Keele and Wilson Location a few months ago (winter 2025) and found it to be a bit disgusting. I had to ask for my table to be wiped off and there were french fries on the floor under the table next to me, which, if the person wiping my table had been observant, would’ve come back and swept up. Read moreOrdered 2 junior chicken and 1 medium onion rings, karandeep told me to come around in the drive-thru in 2-3 mins to collect the order as it’s not ready yet. After requesting her multiple times that I can wait 2 mins she said she can’t hold up the line for me. After asking her that if she can bring it in the parking lot, she refused by replying that she can’t come outside which I totally understand. And after asking her what’s the point of ordering through drive thru if I have to come around the second time to pick up the order and she didn’t reply. When I asked her second time she said “she can’t serve me” and started processing for my refund so I had no choice left to get the refund and leave the parking lot. guy named Karan stepped in and started threading me that he will call the cops and I have to drive away without the refund. And challenged me to report the complaint to anyone I want as he is not afraid of anyone and the owner is his friend. I have been going to this Burger King and the one in bramalea city center from last 5 years and other staff was never rude and always helped with anything that the customer wanted.hopefully there will be resolution to this behaviour and there will be proper customer service in...
