I’ve been to this location several times. Time and time, I’ve always been left disappointed. The service here is extremely poor. The attitude of some of the workers here are concerning. There are 1-2 friendly workers, but all other staff members, including the owner (?), are extremely rude. How disappointing. Tapioca is also very old and unappealing.
Edit: The cashier would not allow for me to collect points on my order for no particular reason.
Second Edit: I ordered a Bubble Gaga and requested for NO passionfruit seeds. I am NOT asking for anything additional, rather for them to remove a topping. They told me I would have to pay extra if I wanted to remove the passion fruit seeds. Absolutely ridiculous.
Third Edit: The barista complained to me for placing a paper sleeve on my drink…? Is that not what the sleeves are for? Extremely disappointed with the service. Only come here because it’s the closest...

It often feels like the staff aren’t in a rush to help customers, and wait times can be frustratingly long for something as simple as a regular milk tea. On top of that, the customer service is lacking. The staff are not particularly friendly or welcoming… no greetings, no smiles, and minimal communication. It’s hard to feel like your business is appreciated when you're met with blank stares or dismissive attitudes. To make matters worse, there are frequent mistakes with the orders. From getting the wrong sugar level to missing toppings or completely different drinks than what was ordered it’s become too common. Read moreThe drinks were fine. However, as a customer I have NEVER blatantly seen such a toxic work environment before. One of the employees was so rude and publicly scolded another worker in front of myself and another customer. The other customer and I made eye contact and it was clear that we were both uncomfortable having to witness that. Based on other reviews, it seems this was not a one time occurrence. I don’t know what the situation was but that is NOT how you treat another human being. Again, the drinks were great but I will not be returning if this is how cocos management allows employees...
