D Spot Desserts is simply DIVINE! It just recently opened earlier this year (2023) & is fantastic in every sense of the word. I owned a very successful dessert cafe/bar in downtown Toronto for 20 years & this place looks just as amazing! The selections they have are mouth watering & plentiful. There is definitely something available for everyone. It could take you 10 mins to read the entire menu! They have delicious food & vegan options as well. Kanishk Served us & was truly exceptional. He was very friendly, informative & attentive. Our order of cookie dough pancakes & iced oat latte he prepared was simply delicious & greatly enjoyed! I spoke with the owner briefly & he was very passionate about the service & quality he offers his customers. He was only interested in delivering the highest quality product/presentation & that is so important today! You can vividly see & hear that he cares about his customers & making D Spot the #1 ‘GO TO’ dessert spot in Brampton! He is clearly on the right path to success! D Spot is exceptional in every manner & I would highly recommend it to any one who has a sweet tooth or hungry for some savoury food as well. My wife/I did not get to try their meal offerings as we just had lunch- but if it’s anything like their desserts I’m certain they’re ALL just so delicious too! The various selections they carry just blew me away! Well done D spot! We’ll be back soon 💯

I was really excited to visit this place after seeing how near it is to my neighborhood and how good the reviews were. But unfortunately it did not live up to the hype. I was a bit disappointed. The initial interaction with the staff form seating to getting menus and getting our table cleaned after a spill was challenging. When we asked for some napkins to clean the table after a spill, we literally got 5-6 small napkins and they didn’t even offer to clean up the spill or help with it until we asked again. We were given one menu for three of us so we had to ask for this also. The food was great, no issues there at all. I do feel their menu is limited for savoury foods but what they offer is delicious. Once we got the food, the interaction with the staff immediately changed. Not sure what brought on the change but it was good to see that they can do their jobs properly. I am still unsure if I would return to this place for dine in. But not a bad location at all.

worst customer service provided by them like their attitude is on 7th cloud first of all when we reach there they didn’t offer any water i know they guys are busy but still even downtown Toronto guys offer water even though they guys are crazy busy then after sitting on the after 10-15 mins someone came to take the order I just order milk cake it takes 25 minutes to come worst thing is we are dining in they serve in plastic dish moreover when they bring the food they just bring in the hands not in the trays please have some etiquette how to serve food to the customer also when I talk to lady that you guys serve in plastic dish she said that’s new location that’s the reason they serve in plastic they don’t use bowl for that I don’t think so they just open that yesterday and there rude attitude shows everything also when we ask for water they went to wrong table and never bothered so we just pay the bill and left Overall food is really good no doubt

I recently visited this dessert restaurant and was impressed by the variety of options available. The desserts were as delicious as I had hoped for, meeting my expectations perfectly. The service was truly exceptional, with the staff being hardworking and always greeting with a smile. However, despite the great desserts and service, I found the atmosphere lacking. The restaurant was quite crowded, indicating its popularity, but it felt a bit noisy with too much talking. My recommendation would be to improve the ambiance by adding some nice music to enhance the mood. With a better atmosphere, this place would be perfect for indulging in sweet treats!

The place is nice and clean. Staff were nice. It wasn’t too busy so the service was fast. They have a lot of options on the menu! We ordered 2 twisted tornadoes. The portion size is huge. To our disappointment though, it was cup of soft serve ice cream with some toppings. Not worth the price. The Ferraro Roche one wasn’t bad, but the chocolate cheesecake was literally chocolate soft serve with chucks of cheesecake in it. We expected more for them being $10 each! The tubs of regular ice cream were all freezer burned. I would give this place a solid 2.5 if I could give half stars.

It was great second visit to this place. I would say if you are craving for a really great dessert in Brampton. For sure, dump other place and come here. You will never get disappointed. Also i want to appreciate Gaura, an employee there. He was the nicest person i have ever met in customer service. I ordered waffle with icecream scoop. I just normally asked if its large or small and he felt like I feel i got less icecream. So he gave me an extra scoop on side which was literally so kind and polite. I really appreciate you sir. Keep it up. Will visit you really soon♥️
