Stopped by D Spot for dessert on the way back home. Honestly, didn’t expect to find a dessert place of this kind of quality along Airport Rd, but it definitely delivered in terms of sugar and fun. Enough to keep me awake and get me home safe, so there's that. We each ordered something different, and I went with the Chocolate Vaccine. Presentation was fun, and it was actually really well executed. I just wish someone had taken a moment to explain what to do with the syringe full of caramel sauce. Still, the mix of chocolate, ice cream, and biscoff crumbles worked great. Flavors were layered nicely and didn’t feel like a sugar overload. Just enough richness with a bit of texture to balance it all out. The space itself has that upbeat, playful vibe. The wall with the height markers measuring “how sweet you are” made us laugh, and the place overall felt clean, cozy, and looked well cared for. The only letdown was the service. We got seated quickly, but it took way too long for anyone to acknowledge us after that. Despite making several very clear eye contacts with multiple staff, no one came over until I actually had to raise my hand high to flag someone down. Not a great feeling. Strangely enough, asking for the bill was the fastest response we got all night. I really wanted to love this place more. The dessert itself was great, the atmosphere was fun, but it’s hard to enjoy it fully when the basic hospitality part is missing. That’s what brought the whole experience down a few notches.

D Spot Desserts Brampton East has a bright and lively atmosphere, making it a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth. The setup is cozy and relaxing, perfect for chilling with friends or going on a dessert date. The service was good—efficient and got everything out in a reasonable time. We tried a little bit of everything: double chocolate cheesecake, piña colada, almond chocolate cake, cookie and dough, cheesecake, and croffles. The desserts were tasty and well-presented, and the croffles were the standout—crispy, warm, and paired perfectly with the toppings. Portions were just right, and the pricing was reasonable for the quality. While I wouldn’t rush back, I’d definitely consider coming again to try other items. Good spot for a dessert date or anyone who loves a variety of sweet treats!

They serve old cakes and really disgusting Very disappointing experience with this bakery. I bought a pistachio cake, a chocolate brownie cake, and a strawberry-banana crêpe. The products were of very poor quality — the cake had strange white spots, and the crêpe was extremely hard, like dried dough, and not edible. After returning to the store three times, the owner finally replaced the products but gave me something even worse — a “pistachio sauce” that looked like water mixed with green powder, with a strange texture and no real taste. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect for customers is unacceptable. I truly hope they take responsibility and improve the quality of their products.

Staff was friendly, food was hit and miss but the service was ATROCIOUS. We came in with a group of 6. We ordered 2 coffees, 2 milkshakes, 1 funnel cake, 1 waffle, 2 ice cream scoops and 1 poutine. The wait for the items was unbelievable. Whoever was preparing the items had no time management skills in addition to that when the items finally were ready they were left sitting on the back counter to melt. I had to get up multiple times to ask for them to give me our items that were just sitting there while one person at the cash was talking to somebody for a lengthy period of time (not sure if the person they were speaking to was a customer or a friend). At one point most of our items were sitting on the back counter and I went to the staff And asked if they could just please pass me the items. If they replied that they would bring it to the table and then continue to talk to the person. I interrupted and said are items are right there and these people have been waiting a long time (half of our group had already finished their items). She said it's okay I'll bring them and then she brought them over. Both milkshakes were just milk, pure liquid. One of them tasted literally like they just put milk in a glass. The poutine was beyond salty. The funnel cake and waffle were good but the entire experience was horrendous.

The staff was friendly enough, but there was no sense of urgency or time management. When you’re serving items that melt (like ice cream and shakes), they need to go to customers immediately—not sit ignored while staff chat.

Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing first visit. Good desserts can’t make up for...

🌟 Outstanding Experience at D Spot Airport! 🌟

I recently had the pleasure of dining at D Spot Airport, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The ambiance was inviting and perfect for travelers looking to relax before their flights.

Our server, Jeel, truly made our visit unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He recommended some fantastic dishes, and we couldn't have been happier with our choices.

We started with the Tandoori Poutine, which was a delightful twist on a classic! The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, making it an instant favorite. Next, we enjoyed the Crispy Sandwich, which was perfectly cooked, offering a satisfying crunch with every bite.

To top it all off, we indulged in a Waffle with Banana and Strawberry, drizzled with caramel sauce and served alongside creamy vanilla ice cream. It was a heavenly combination that left us wanting more!

Jeel's enthusiasm for the menu was infectious, and he checked in on us regularly, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive.

Overall, D Spot Airport exceeded my expectations, and Jeel’s outstanding service was the highlight of our visit. If you find yourself at D Spot Airport, don't miss the chance to enjoy a meal and ask for Jeel—he will ensure you have a memorable dining experience!

Highly...
