I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hakka Flavours, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that immediately set the stage for a delightful meal.
The menu at Hakka Flavours offers an extensive selection of Hakka cuisine, and each dish is a masterpiece in itself. The flavors are bold, vibrant, and absolutely mouthwatering. Whether you're a fan of spicy delicacies or prefer milder options, they have something to suit every palate. The attention to detail in the preparation and presentation of the food is truly commendable.
One of the standout dishes I had was the Hakka Chili Chicken. The chicken was tender, perfectly cooked, and coated in a rich, flavorful sauce that had just the right amount of heat. It was an explosion of flavors that left me craving for more. The Hakka noodles were equally fantastic - perfectly cooked noodles stir-fried with an assortment of fresh vegetables and aromatic spices. Each bite was a delightful blend of textures and tastes.
The service at Hakka Flavours is top-notch. The staff members are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and provide recommendations based on my preferences. The speed at which the food was served was impressive, ensuring that I didn't have to wait long to savor each delectable dish.
The restaurant itself is clean, well-maintained, and exudes a welcoming atmosphere. The decor is tastefully done, reflecting the cultural heritage of Hakka cuisine. Whether you're dining with family, friends, or on a special occasion, the ambiance at Hakka Flavours is perfect for any gathering.
Lastly, the prices at Hakka Flavours are reasonable considering the quality of food and service you receive. It's evident that the restaurant takes pride in providing an exceptional dining experience without breaking the bank.
Overall, Hakka Flavours is a gem of a restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone who appreciates delicious food and excellent service. It's a culinary journey that will leave you craving more and counting down the days until your next visit. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. Kudos to the team at Hakka Flavours for creating such an outstanding dining...
Read moreVisited about 4 weeks ago. Was a Tuesday. Live in Oakville drove to Brampton because food quality and service was always very good. That day I was totally shocked and left angry and disgusted with how I was treated.
Walked in at 9pm, restaurant closes at 10 pm and the first thing I am told is we need to order fast because they are closing in an hour. Great way to piss off a guest.
Ordered manchow soup. Very poor quality - full of canned mushroom slices and tofu. No flavor in soup.
Bombay chicken dry- felt like chicken was fried like 4 to 6 hours before as part of their prep or rush readiness and was just tossed in a sauce with some green onions and served. Didn't taste close to what we remember from past experiences. In fact my 11 year old commented that it didn't taste like what it usually does.
Shrimp pakora - disgusting fried ball of flour, cornflour and poor quality of shrimps chopped up so fine that I had to look for the shrimps. I even called the waitress ( an older unfriendly woman) to confirm if this was indeed Shrimp pakora and she said yes it is. She saw the displeasure on my face but never bothered to ask me what was wrong.
All above dishes were ordered as part of appetizers. Grumpy waitress asked if we wanted to order main course and we said no. Again didn't bother to ask why we were not ordering because initially after ordering the appetizers I told her give me some time to decide main courses. I guess she was too busy to close the restaurant and go home. Me the paying customer driving from Oakville to Brampton - who cares about the customer. Yes I am angry and justly so.
Asked for the bill- didn't leave a single dollar as a tip to send a message.
Left from there to go to Kwality Indian Restaurant to eat main courses. But my dinner out with the family and friends from overseas was completely ruined.
Will I go back- maybe but will let the regular friendly person who normally serves us know about my experience.
You have some very loyal guests, treat them well and maintain your product quality and most importantly Guest service is of...
Read moreI have been going to this establishment since they first opened years ago when they barely had the business and great popularity. They were extremely friendly and accurate with the orders during this time and I thoroughly enjoyed my earlier experience. This was until last week ..when my friend travelled to Toronto from out of province Edmonton, Alberta and ordered paneer pakoras (he states the order taker said pakoras instead of specifying what kind) only to bring back to Edmonton CHICKEN pakoras (I am a vegetarian!). You can only imagine what happened next... I called extremely frustrated only for the rep on the phone to state she would relay this information to the owners and get a prompt response back to me. It has now been over a week and this contact still has not been made nor an apology issued. It is highly disappointing that as an establishment they were not able to fill this order accurately specifically to someone who has a dietary restriction and ended up feeling extremely sick as I have not eaten meat since I was 16. An acknowledgement and apology would have gone a long way even to amend the issue by offering some sort of gratuity for messing up the order. It is not like I can simply fly back to Toronto to have this rectified. To say the least, I will not be filling my hakka cravings the next time me, my friends, family are in Toronto at this restaurant. I urge those to take great precaution in double checking your orders and possibly choosing another indo-chinese restaurant to eat at. Despite having great food and flavour they lack serious professionalism....
