I was in to Dum Dums last week and I can’t say enough about Wendy!! She is the absolute best!! Took such good care of my husband and I and was attentive, friendly and proactive. In an industry where customer service is lacking, Wendy turned around my whole perspective. Food was great, drinks were fantastic and Wendy is the best bartender in Brampton! We came here on a Saturday night, first time and maybe we come back. The service was good for our drinks, then it took a little long to get our wings and fries. Once that was served she didn’t come back at all to see if the food was ok or not or ask us if we want more drinks. However the wings were good and big.
