This was my first time coming to the restaurant. Sadly likely will be my last.
I came in and the lady at the front never acknowledge me. She looked upset or irritate not sure why. I ended up placing an order once I decided. I ordered a large jerk chicken, large Oxtail, and a patty. The lady brought my food and was put in a bag. I went to my car to enjoy my meal.
When I checked the food. I noticed the lady at the front forgot to put my patty I had ordered. So I went back into the restaurant to let her know the patty was missing. The lady brought the patty. I left with my patty and the lady started yelling at me to come back to pay. I told her I had already paid when I ordered everything. I showed a receipt. The lady got into it with me saying she doesn’t remember me and kept insisting I must pay. I told her I should not need to pay for the patty again since I already paid for it. The lady got very upset and than the lady said just go and get out of here.
I really don’t get it. just 5 mins before I placed my order, how do you forget or not know somebody who placed an order?
The lady at the front was very upset I guess because she’s having a bad day. No need to display it to your customers.
My experience here was terrible. I expect a great experience when going anywhere. The experience here has me not wanting to come back again.

Read moreI am so disappointed with the rudeness I faced. My mother in law is in the hospital so I quickly stopped to grab porridge for her at around 10. Fair enough, they just opened so I actually expected that I would have to wait for my food before even entering the store. As soon as I walk in, I greeted the staff with a good morning all for the woman to respond with " nothing is ready" barely a hello. If you guys open at 10 then you should atleast have your breakfast items available. Also if the food is not ready, all it takes is you politely saying it might be a bit of a wait but what were you thinking to order? Even after I said okay that's no problem I'm just wondering what kind of porridge you guys offer. The girl responds with "nothing is ready " for a second time. I was willing to wait but after she repeated that statement for a third time, I just said no problem and got in my car. You just lost business all because of your attitude. If any of you want better customer service go to Shelly's Kitchen off Williams Parkway and Chrysler! Much more polite and my mother in law loved her porridge from there. Read moreWill for me my experience at this gems at Airport Road and Bovaird when I came in the doors there was a long line up and the food small great in the background big ups to the chefs in the back doing a great job with the food !! So the line will slow and by the time I came up to order my food the ladie at the cash register was moving very slow and just taking her time and being miserable and looking mad and hissing your teeth! but can you believe by the time I came up right at the cash register the lady at the front cash register had a nerve to order the guy behind me first and she clearly saw me standing there for a long time waiting to take my order but yet still the guy behind me got his order before me I was like Excuse Me Miss I was here first why is he taking order before me and she just looked at me and said nothing to me and hit your teeth and roll her eyes after she was so rude to me and I just left and went to the other gems at Bovaird Center Street that lady cash register was handling her business unprofessionally she needs to do better than that and treat the customers right when they come in the doors 👎 that's bad...
