Tl;DR: Spent $14 on a Szechuan beef dish. Got a plate of poorly seasoned onions and green peppers.

I ordered the Szechuan beef here for takeout add the restaurant does have facilities for dining in.

Upon arriving home; I discovered that I've just have ordered the stir fry green pepper and onion dish instead. The dish had little actual beef, I guestimate 25-35% of the dish is beef.

What's worse, the dish is improperly seasoned. The Szechuan flavor is barely there and is completely overshadowed by the massive quantity of onion present.

These issues above may have been acceptable for a cheap means of satisfying a craving for Chinese food; if it were not for the price.

The price of the dish came down to $14 after tax. Which is unacceptable for the quality and quantity received. I could have gotten a decent meal at this price, instead I got a large box of onions and green peppers.

They gave us old or microwave chicken balls and to covered they just poured the sweet and sour sauce on top, from the 3 combos I honestly two went to garbage due to that my husband and I we hate the red sauce and everything had it. Called and they weren't willing to acknowledge their error. We have been ordering from them for years and would have thought that they would at least apologize but instead they accused me to order the sauce on top. Are you guys know what customer service even mean??????????? Well I guess you will know when lots of us stop ordering from there. Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 orders of orange chicken and then a large order of steamed rice. Rice was amazing, as it's hard to mess that up. We live across the street and they made the chicken faster then McDonalds can give me a large drink around the corner.. the chicken was rubbery, barely marinated or glazed and overall questionable weather or not it was cooked right or long enough. The batter on the orange chicken was even loose and doughy like it didn't cook long enough ! My boyfriend walked across the street kindly asked to be refunded brought the chicken back & they said no refunds. Overall disappointing. Won't be eating...
