Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Brampton

This Mr. Sub location (Wanless and Hurontario) has the most amazing staff and customer service I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with....EVERYTIME! From the care and attention while making your subs (not only how they align everything so nicely, but putting on just the right amount of sauce you asked for or like today taking the extra few seconds to pull pieces of wilted lettuce from my sub as if it were their own) to the friendly banter. The customer service and the freshness of the food here, is above and beyond anything close to what their closest competitor offers. Today while getting a sub for myself, Tonia the manager, struck up a conversation with my young son and then proceeded to give him a cookie on the house. The look on my son's face was priceless and I was taken back simply because I don't think any major fast food chain we've ever visited has made such a kind gesture out of the blue....especially in these days of "corporate greed". Kudos to Mr. Sub and Tonia for showing us they're are still good company's out there with wonderful staff and that we the public should support them. This location is always very clean and has a welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in the door. Which reminds me to make mention of Lou, who I've dealt with before including today. No matter what she's doing she never fails to greet you as you walk in the door. It's like having a one person welcoming committee every time you go. Mr. Sub should be very proud of Tonia, Lou and the rest of the staff. Our sincerest gratitude...

A business a reflection of its owner and its manager. When a manager loves what they do it shows in the team and the environment. I had an opportunity to meet Tonia, the manager of this Mr. Sub location, and I can honestly say that Tonia’s love, passion, compassion and care is embodied in every employee she has chosen to work at her store, the freshness of the bread, the meat, vegetables and cookies, the cleanliness and decor of the store, and the service provided by each employee. I mostly prefer to eat food from restaurants where my food is cooked in front of me because I like to be conscious of everything that is going into my food and into my body. One of my favourite restaurants to eat from is Mr. Sub because they have all my favourite vegetables and seafood that I can’t get at other sub places. I am truly grateful for the fact that one of my favourite restaurants is less than 5 minutes from my house and I know that my food will always be fresh and prepared in a clean environment as long as Tonia is the manager and Ashley works at this store and I never have to worry about my food. I would like to express that individuals from India who are employed in various occupations do not deserve to be subjected to discrimination or harassment. Yesterday, I encountered an incident at an Uber Eats pickup location where two white women were working at Mr. SuB (wanless n hurrontario)One of them instructed me to hold a bag containing nine items from the bottom, which is a common sense safety measure. Despite my compliance, I was met with rudeness when I left the establishment.

It is important to recognize that Indians do not seek to prove their identity or abilities. We simply want to live our lives with dignity and respect. Life is short, and it is crucial to treat each other with kindness and empathy. If you are experiencing difficulties in your job or personal life, it is not acceptable to resort to rudeness or discrimination.
